The hot light wasn't on, but we got a very fresh assortment of donuts. A very patient and friendly young lady helped us with our selections there were so many new varieties, the store was very clean it was about 3 pm when we stopped. This is definitely a do again when we come back to Wilmington and this far down S. College.

Drove 30 miles to get dozen donuts with the new fall flavors , only to get home and dive into the apple spice filled to find there wasn’t any filling in it!🤷♀️ The custard cream also has less than a teaspoon on filling!

I had left a negative review a couple of days ago regarding the fact that my wife and I stopped into this location to get donuts. Due to the fact we were in a Ford transit van and couldn’t go through the drive through, we decided to park and go in to order. We walked in and were told that we could only order through the drive through. I explained the van situation and asked if we could just place the order while we were in there and then we’d drive up near the drive through and I’d get out and walk up to the window. Anyway! We didn’t get any donuts at that time. Today we stopped in hoping the inside would be open to order. My wife mentioned our experience a couple of days ago and manager Sabrena was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make our experience this time a five star event. Thanks Sabrena!😁

Even though they did not have HOT fresh glazed for us, the donuts were still amazing. They do not skimp on the filling of shell donuts and all were delicious. Very well-kept and well-trained staffed. This is a franchise run well!

The Hot Now sign was on....ya gotta stop! Over $7 for 3 donuts but ya know...the sign made me do it! Unfortunately they were not hot. Still very soft but not hot. But I'll still go back coz they're one of a kind.

We came in soaking wet from a storm. The manager ( I think he was a manager he had on a blue shirt) was amazing! He gave our littles hats while we dried off and was super nice. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time

NEW REESES DONUTS! They come in 3 different reeses inspired flavors. Salty Sweet Crunch, Salty Sweet Crisp and Outrageous. The minus one star is because one of donut flavors was missing the advertised potato stick topping. Other than that the service was fast and friendly and the donuts tasted great.
