it is really difficult to find a place with consistently good service AND good, fresh food that has really good flavor. They do this every time. I live for the street corn and the seafood is always fresh and good. I crave having flavor and spice in my food and it not being over whelming but balanced..they always deliver!

This is Las Olas with a new name. We love this place, one of my absolute favorite Wilmington restaurants! Kid friendly. Delicious food & drinks. Service sometimes lacks, but they make up for it on the amazingness of the food. Some of our faves are the baja fish tacos, mexican street corn, and BBQ chicken nachos. Highly recommend.

Love the atmosphere here! Service was prompt, courteous and friendly-thanks Madeline! Chips & salsa hit the spot while waiting on our meal. The most soft, fresh and savory Dos Equis beer battered Mahi wrap I’ve ever experienced 🤤 And hubby couldn’t even finish his amazing Chimichanga! Very affordable and we highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Sat our party of 4 right down at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Server immediately helped us with drinks and questions about dishes. Food came out promptly and tasted delicious. We stayed and chatted for a while, nearing closing time, and the staff was fine with it without pushing us to leave. All in all a wonderful place to eat!!

Went here for lunch and had no complaints. The food was decent and at a reasonable price, there was plenty of seating, and the staff was friendly. The outdoor seating option is actually nice when compared to some other locations as it offers enough shade and isn't pushed up against a sidewalk or parking lot. For a Mexican style restaurant its about what you would expect and while I enjoyed my lunch I don't think anything here stood out to me enough to return.

Our waitress was top notch, very nice for families or a date. The Margarita was average, but the food was top tier!!! My Love had the Bowl and it looked sooo good. He said it was the best he had. I had the Island Shrimp Wrap and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were tender and juicy and the sauce served along side of it took it up a notch. Would definitely go again

I have dined twice in the past week. And have been very satisfied. A very active bar is fun place to enjoy dinner. Excellent margaritas and a great selection of Mexican dinners. Watch for nightly specials which are a super bargain. Fun, lively atmosphere

Reasonably priced. I had two tacos with carne asada. The meat was well seasoned, cooked just right, and very tender. The corn tortillas appeared to be made in house and were tasty. It was some of the best tacos I have ever had. Well worth a visit.

K38 is awesome! The staff is sooo nice and they remember everyone! The food is always on point! I've never had a bad thing there. It gets a little crowded, because it's so good, but it's worth the wait. We eat here weekly!

When we arrived around 6pm there was about a twenty minute wait, which was fine for us, the place was packed per usual. The hostess was nice and very attentive, she worked hard to get everyone seated as quickly as possible. We waited for a spot to open at up at the bar and once seated it was a short wait to get service. The bar tender was slammed, but got us drinks and menus as quickly as she could. They had a margarita special which was delicious. We ordered a shrimp quesadilla, french fries, a cane asada taco, and Street corn. The food came out fairly quickly and was tasty; not the best we've had there, but not bad. It was a very long wait until the bar tender checked up on us and finally got us another round of drinks, but again she was busy. She was apologetic for the wait.

Went there for lunch. Tried their specialities of the San Felipe corn tacos and the Mexican street corn. The San Felipe tacos were battered cod fish tacos with an avocado slice; delicious. The corn was a bit small and not as temperature hot as expected, but the spices and flavors were outstanding. The service was excellent.

One of our favorites. Try the street corn and the corn bread. The So Cal carne quesadillas are unexpectedly good.
