It was another date night that was great. We had reservations there was no problem. The wait staff was very proper. Very bougie đź‘Ś but in a great way. Service was great food was even better. Definitely will go again

Excellent food, excellent service.
The Filet Mignon was one of the best I've ever had! Tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked to my specification. The white chocolate Crème Brûlée was phenomenal! One of the best desserts I've ever had in my life! I highly recommend it! My son loved his grilled Atlantic salmon and cheesecake.
Our server Banks was very nice and gave excellent service.
We will definitely be back!

The food was excellent and well prepared. The service was friendly and fairly prompt. Only issues were that I called ahead and asked about any special accommodations that would be made for a celebrating a birthday and they informed me that the waiter would bring out a slice of cheesecake with a candle at the end of the meal. The hostess told me that it would be noted on my reservation and that the waiter would be informed upon our arrival. Unfortunately that never happened. Also the seat cushions in the booths were so old that they no longer provided any cushion. Otherwise a very pleasant meal experience.

Always quality experience when you go to the Chop House. It's always clean, nice space, good clientele and great things on the menu. I got the chicken marsala with my side being the cream of spinach, it was delicious! also had a cup of the crab bisque it was awesome. You can't go wrong so I can the Chop House for a meeting a lunch meeting for special dinner!

Absolutely exquisite. Kevin was our server, who paid close attention to detail. It was my birthday, and he surprised us with a key lime tart, which was delicious. I had the filet mignon with a lobster tail, and my husband had the ribeye. Both were absolutely perfectly prepared, and the lobster tail was huge! My filet was so tender that I could cut it with a spoon. Beautiful, quiet atmosphere.

The atmosphere was great, my reservation seamless, service wonderful and the food excellent. I was celebrating my birthday and other guests also told me happy birthday and I returned it to those celebrating as well just a great place to enjoy and celebrate.

Had the Ribeye cooked medium, and the temperature was on the mark. It didn't make me say "Wow, this was worth $40!", but it was a good steak regardless. I enjoyed the sauteed spinach side. The Blue Cheese salad dressing was great, and the skillet cookie was perfect. Service was on point all night. Nice place for special nights out.

If you're in town for a visit or live local. Port City Chop House is a must go to spot for a high end, steak or seafood dinner. The skilled cooks and kitchen staff know how to cook a steak.

Great service, atmosphere, and even better food! Steak was fantastic. I recommend “rare plus” (what they call between rare and med rare). Kevin was great and always there when needed and super polite and personable. Biscuits were some of the best I ever had. Well worth the money and for the service and quality it wasn’t overpriced, unlike most high end steak houses.

Solid steak and seafood in a somewhat dated atmosphere. Great service, a good wine selection and plenty of choices to finish your steak - Oscar, bearnaise, lobster, etc.

The food was terrific would love to eat here every night!! Highly recommend this place and our waitress, COLBY, who was so sweet, had a wonderful bubbly personality. She did an outstanding job. Best waitress my husband and I have had at any restaurant lately. Always on top of asking if we needed anything, how was our food, etc. When we come back would certainly like to request to have her as our waitress. Thanks for having employees like her at your restaurant. And too, the cooks are wonderful preparing the food!!
