Was looking for a new restaurant to try out on our Friday night out an we came across this place on Oleander.. definitely did not disappoint!! Fantastic place and the atmosphere was so peaceful, relaxing. Our waitress was Becca and she did a phenomenal job ! Highly recommend 🌮

Sat at the bar and ordered 1 fish taco and a chicken quesadilla to go.
Arrived home and found the fish taco burnt beyond belief. Tried to give the quesadilla a go; found it completely uncooked, even parts of it had unmelted cheese. The side of black beans was actually cold: room temperature cold.
Attempted to save the quesadilla by adding more cheese and putting it on the stove (defeating the point of ordering takeout) unfortunately it was totally bland.
Birthday brunch with my wife last Sunday. We sat at the bar and were greeted promptly by Savannah. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the history of K38/ Baha Grill. And this lady has a EPIC personality (surfer reference). Drinks, appetizer and meals were all served up in very short order. High marks on all! We've dined here on many occasions and have always been impressed. This was our best visit to date. Not sure why I waited this long to post a Google Review. Thanks again, Savannah!! This place has been awesome for many years, although I feel like the food quality has declined just a bit. The tacos are a little expensive (17 bucks for 2 fish tacos and a side of beans)
But if you plan to go, go on a Monday when the fish tacos and margaritas are 4 dollars each. That’s a deal! But they get super busy so plan to wait or show up early.
This your go to Mexican joint. Strong flavorful drinks and delicious food.

First time visiting this restaurant. It didn't disappoint. We were seated right away and the waitress took our drink order. They have a large and unique margarita list and cocktails as well.
The chips and salsa were fresh and very flavorful. I had the Camarones small enchilada. It was perfect size and stuffed full of well seasoned shrimp and vegetables. The side of refried beans and rice had good flavor. My husband had the Mondo burrito that was chocked full of carne asada, chicken, and shrimp. Recommended getting it wet with sauce over the top or ask for extra salsa to put on top.
Quick service, good food, and drinks. It should be a regular stop.
Great people and tasty food. Chips and queso and chips and guacamole are how we started the meal. I had the pulled pork tacos, my wife had the Baja fish tacos, my son got the chicken tenders, and my daughter just ate the chips. Definitely coming back here!

I had an amazing server named Ann Wallis. She was so positive, nice, knew what she was doing and got us in and out with no problem. I highly recommend K38 to anyone looking for good food!
