La Cascada Restaurant

Perfectly acceptable Mexican food, especially for lunch. I liked my cheese enchiladas (pictured). Prices are reasonable, though not dirt cheap. Still, this is way better than Taco Bell. If you're passing by Willows, this place is worth checking out. Casa Ramos (nearby) has better food, but it costs a little more. La Cascada is a quick bargain meal just beyond fast food; Casa Ramos is a nicer sit-down place. The choice depends on your budget and on how much of a hurry you are in...

Bad customer service. Assumed we wanted our order to go and when we came back in to ask if we can dine in, she tells me but you ordered to go! Which I never said. Food was bad. Ordered chicken taquitos and it was stale and bland. How come nachos isn’t on the menu?! And if you ever ask to slightly deviate from the listed menu, forget it. She will tell you “no sorry you can’t order like that”. Pretty sure she’s not apologetic, like I am writing this review. I’m for supporting small businesses but gotta meet me halfway. Asking to order both chicken and beef taquitos on the same plate isn’t a big deal.

We are from Arizona and we look for clean friendly places to have a good meal. Most places in this town have a humid muggy feeling as you walk in and you'll see flies flying around. But here at this resturant you'll feel comfortable and you see the doors and window seals very clean. My kind of enviroment to eat. Food is fresh and flavorful. Services were very polite and kind. I highly recommend this place to eat.

Loved this place!! Very clean, awesome service and very good food! My husband had the #8 combo. He said they were very good! I had the chili verde burrito supreme and it was one of the best I've had in California! It was so big I had to take 1/2 home(which is not a bad thing!). Would highly recommend this place. Easy on and off the freeway!:)
