There was one extremely rude lady working in the place. Drive thru line was long due to door being locked and no one allowed to go in. I ordered the tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich. I was given a sandwich with cheese, no tomato, and no pesto. Went back to get the correct sandwich. Lady argued that the item was not on the menu when it was clearly a huge advertisement for it. She was very angry about me coming back so I just requested a refund since I no longer trusted her to make my food. Instead of giving me a refund, the lady then yelled "Fine! I make it for you!" She slammed the drive thru window and opened it several moments later and hand me an item. I didn't want whatever she gave me but I checked the bag anyway. The order was still wrong 😡. I was given toast with tomato and pesto on top. The two wrong orders showed me that she had all the ingredients to make my order correct but still gave me the wrong thing. Hope that place gets better help soon.

I just had the worst experience here! I love Dunkin’ Donuts and drink from stores at least three times a day. While leaving the Willow Grove Mall I stopped here at 7:45 for coffee. I received my coffee and immediately took a sip to find that it was more like milk and not at all hot. I asked the cashier who appeared to be alone if she had hot coffee. She said she did not they were about to close. I said to her if you knew that you did not have hot coffee and you were closing why did you not inform me of that in the drive-thru? She replied how was I to know you were going to get coffee? I was incredulous! I said perhaps you did not know I was going to order coffee while in line but once I ordered the coffee you should’ve informed me that you did not have the normal coffee experience—- that you only had old cold coffee! She placed her hands on her hips and became very annoyed! I said to her you seem angry that you cannot provide me with what I paid for! She then said no I’m not angry I’m here by myself and I’m going on 11 hours working! While I sympathize with her as a consumer I found this experience very dissatisfied and the customer service equally poor. She then said to me what would you like me to do would you like a doughnut? I replied a donut does not compensate for the cup of coffee what you can do is return my money to me and I will go to Starbucks!

The staff was super unprofessional. Upon arriving to the pickup window the male worker hit on me, and was extremely slow and maybe high. The only person there that was fast and helpful was a young woman who took care of preparing the gift card I came to purchase. Unfortunately I will not return to this location.

Woman was absolutely RUDE. It closers at 9 pm and I was trying to order at 8:40pm and she said “no I close soon” and I confirmed that they close at 9 but she made an excuse that she had to clean her house after work. My friend placed a mobile order a minute before we pulled up to order my drink. We also had to sit and wait for her to say anything over the speaker in drive through. Horrible customer service and poor excuses.

I can't understand where the professionalism went? You guys recently did a beautiful renovation but the service is horrible, food tastes awful, staff is slow and unfriendly. Do you care about your business and customers or not. Looks like not really! I'm done giving you a try.. Sorry

Open about a week after the remodel and now things are worse. Last Sunday around 11am. Sat at the new drive through sign for a couple of minutes. Nothing. Drove around to the window and all the lights were on. Product filling the racks. But no staff anywhere to be seen. I left. Today 2pm. Same exact thing happened. Sat at the sign. Nothing. Drove to the window. All the lights and signs were on and product everywhere but no staff to be seen. They have big words on the wall saying Willow grove runs on dunkin. Guess not. Seems like all Dunkin’s are a waste of time now.

So disappointing. I have been there a few times before the remodel and the service was terrible. I thought I’d go ahead and give it another try after the remodel. The woman that took my order messed up my order after clarifying it at least two times. She was rude and inconsiderate when I payed.

Yelled hello like 30 times when I was at window, and was responding. Then gave me the wrong order when I ordered a singular drink. ( which is annoying since it was a singular drink and he was already being weird when I was at the speaker. just gonna go to the coffee shop by my house instead of this dunkin near my work. Didn’t feel great - Had to edit!! Ordered a large ice coffee French vanilla crème and sugar. Got hot coffe 3 cream. I’m at work but I’m gonna have to return it at 7 pm because I don’t want to spend $4 on something I dislike. Doesn’t make sense.
