Mexican Post Express

This is probably the worst chipotle in Pennsylvania, and by no exaggeration. First time ordering, I had to wait 30min past pickup time for my food, not to mention the order was wrong and cold. Second time ordering, pick was on time (nice work) but would you look at that… 3 pieces of meat and rice that was cooked for 0.3 seconds. What is the point of ordering on the app if the employees cannot follow simple directions. Seriously if you hate your job, get another one. Why should customers have to pay $11 for a bowl of undercooked rice, that’s even if you get the right order! Chipotle… what happened to you

Service was terrible. Portion size was a joke. Despite 5 people working they were only taking online orders. When people got close to the counter a guy would shout "online only". If you've never been to this chipotle, do yourself a favor and find some place else. To the owner/manager, get yourself a new crew.

Went to chipotle to grab a quick lunch. They should be open at 10:45. I was there at NOON and the doors are locked. A chipotle employee is sitting in one of the dining room seats on his phone. He looks up, puts his hands up in the “i dunno” gesture and continues on his phone. I waited another minute and realized that the food at this location is probably terrible with employees like that. So I left. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This place sucks. Staff is awful… miserable, rude and slow as molasses. And i dont expect anything but the bare minimum for customer service but wow. the rice is hard, portion size smaller every time. Never get the takeout order right each time i went which was at least 5 times. Always out of fajita veggies somehow when I come at noon. They dont tell u and just give u a half full bowl. $10-$11 for a bowl and ur not even close to full. Save ur money and go somewhere else. This place is an absolute dump.
