Sonic Drive-in

I have a hard time believing that I just paid over $30 for two meals and two cinnamon deserts that looked like cold slop. Notice the raw squishy dough for the cinnamon bites. The paper thin chicken sandwich that was supposed to be a number 10. I added bbq sauce because it came with only mayo and it was supposed to be crispy chicken, not wet and soggy battered chicken. The fries were soggy and stale tasting. How can this place possibly compete with any other restaurants. By far the most terrible place to get any kind of food. Thankfully I was able to feed some of it to my dog I just had to make an edit because the coke also had no syrup taste and must not have been changed. So bad this place is. Feel like the kids working there literally robbed us. Third edit. I had to add the picture of my cups inside. I dumped it out since there was no flavor from needing the syrup changed, and that black goo was staring right at me. So disgusted and praying I don’t get sick at this point

Sonic is my favorite fast food restaurant. That being said, I was quite unhappy when I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast toaster sandwich, and received the complete opposite....Had to turn around, come back, week 10 minutes for them to just hand me cash back when they could have credited my card. This person has no clue what they're doing. Considering there was only two cars in front of me and one behind me, I'm sure a couple orders were incorrect. It's really not that hard

Avoid at all costs. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for my food. No one brought it out. They aren’t even busy and nobody brought it out to me. Overpriced. Poorly made.. wanted to try because I haven’t been in years and I’m disappointed I’m never coming back. Maybe it’s just this location. This is absurd. Not to mention all their order lines are closed.

We arrived at 8:30pm EST and ordered after 5 minutes. It’s 8:57pm EST and we just got our order. It’s not busy, there are 3 other cars. I ordered a soft drink, nothing else. Can someone please explain why it takes 20 minutes to get a soft drink?? And they didn’t have any ice cream or milkshakes, their machine is broke and apparently I was supposed to notice it sitting outside and know better than to order a milkshake.

Only drive through was available. They were out of grilled chicken and onion rings. Our cheeseburger and crispy Chicken sandwich were given to us cold. Even after a reheat they were slightly warm. Still had that good Sonic flavor. The pandemic and worker shortage have taken quite a toll on all the fast food places around here.

This was my first ever time to Sonic. The food was fantastic, and looked just like the picture. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it wasn't late and they didn't have a lot of things that day including the brownie batter milkshake, my reason for going there. But, was so good I'll try again soon and hope they have more items available🤞🏽

Wait time is insane for a fast food restaurant! Ordered through the mobile app, and they asked for a tip. I don't mind giving a tip, but a fast food restaurant- never heard of it. And the service is not even good quality. Not only did they not get my order right (ordered NO salt on fries), but it was undercooked. I also had a reward that I used for a free milk shake. The staff told me to call corporate because they're out of milkshakes for months. Really? That's a customer's job now to call corporate to take it off their mobile app menu? What a joke! Giving 2 stars because my son did love the honey bbq chicken, but I'm NEVER coming back here. One (first time) bad experience is enough.
