Bonefish Grill

Stopped in for a quick lunch bite and drinks. The crab fries were soooo good and the drinks will definitely have me visit again (very soon). I’m looking forward to visiting again and trying some other menu options as well. I didn’t like that they had these paper table cloths. My finger got a paper cut which caused so much blood. The server was sweet though. She got me a bandage and some cream for my finger. The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean. I would recommend this location.

Two very wonderful patrons came in and left these reviews for their bartender/server, Nicole. They said that it is one thing the food was delicious, but to back that up with great service made it a truly delightful time. It was a pleasure to have such great friends come to join us at this location; the one woman drives from New Jersey to pick her friend up to eat here. We can't wait to have you both back!

What a cozy restaurant! Celebrated my husband bday here for the first time. From the door to dessert, the staff was kind, pleasant, efficient and courteous. My server was awesome, she gave me things I was thinking of before I could request them. She also commented on our order and gave additional suggestions. The bang bang shrimp is "dynamite" I had the 18oz steak with green beans and jasmine rice. That rice was probably the best part of the meal. My steak was cooked and served at perfect temperature. By the end of the night, I just wanted to take the chef home. Can't wait to go back!!

From the check in person to the food, this place is a disaster. They have staff issues and it shows. The manager is up to her ears in lack of quality help. We had reservations and there were open seats that the girl did not want to sit us at for no clear apparent reason. I asked her nicely why we could not sit in one of the empty booths and she wanted to fight me after I asked the question that was in no way rude. It was crazy. The waitress was nice. The manager is overstretched. The food was not great. We just needed to eat or else we would have left. I will never return.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with you. It wasnt busy. We were seated in the back, next to the bathrooms. We waited a hood 10 minutes before we were acknowledged! Service was super slow, server never checked to see if we wanted another drink, meal took forever! Plates were hot, but the food wasn't. Server didn't check on us once. I love Bonefish Grille, but I'll never go to the Willow Grove location again.

The only reason I’m giving any stars is because our server was amazing. I went today with my mom for lunch and we both got crab cakes. They tasted good at the time. Before I even got home I started to feel queezy and within an hour I threw everything up. My mom had the same experience. We will not be returning ever again.
