Came by and noticed the road sign saying “For Lease” on it. There’s a handwritten note on the doors saying this place is temporarily closed. Drove around the building and the drive-thru menu board has been knocked over. Looks like the staff just left for the day and never came back.
This aside, the food was usually pretty good here and I’m bummed it’s closed. Hopefully they reopen

Went through the drive thru. Was very fast, friendly, and the most important very very fresh and of course tasty. Steaming even. The whole car filled with the wonderful smell. We have not had Hardee's in forever. It was terrific. Thanks for great service and great food.

Not a reflection of the workers. Or even the on duty manager. They appear to be doing the best they can. The manager gave us toys for our kids as extra for having to wait so long because of short staffing. I appreciate that. They get an extra star for the effort. But this place was dirty and run down. Bathrooms are true hardees pattern. Just disgusting. Always disgusting. Workers are nice enough considering. Guess this day people called out. Oh they didn't have biscuits. Lol that was a new one hardees. This is a reflection of hardees in this area as a whole. Not quite sure who to blame on this one.

Food was great. First time I've been back in 15 years so was pleasantly surprised. The only reason why not 5 stars is that the restaurant didn't look kept up very well just from what i could see through the drive through. Food was still good and service was nice and cordial.

The customer service was awesome. They dropped new food for my order. I only dropped one star because the fries were old, and they gave me the wrong sauce for my tenders. Otherwise, the staff was extremely polite.

I love the breakfast they serve. Made my day better with the heart biscuit!! Very friendly and lot was clean. Definitely recommend this place.

The visit was a little odd. Absolutely no cars in the parking lot. Tried the door; it was locked with no signs. Tried the drive thru and surprised someone was there! I don't know if the guy was working by himself or what. I wish I got the guy's name. Fast and courteous. The food was fresh and hot. Honestly one of the best Hardee's I've been to.

Adam who took my order at the drive thru had the most awesome personality and demeanor. He was so cordial and asked questions on what I ordered. I thought he had an awesome speaking voice and was a great guy. My order was accurate, and the food was good. The man who was the drive thru cashier was also a great guy. I would recommend this place and thanks guys, for you being terrific!!

Love their breakfast! The cashier was very friendly, took our order quickly and made sure we didn't have to wait long. You can also order AND eat inside!! I wish there were more Hardee's around Cleveland.

Refreshing. Having been so used to The Clown and The King, its nice to taste one of the original fast food joints. Their food is good, and very neatly presented. Fries were hot and fresh. I didnt get a milkshake, but after that delicious burger and fries I probably will my next time there.
