I'm sort of a regular at this location. Yesterday, the good and service was awesome‼️ The ribs were exactly what they advertise, fall off the bone good. Now check this, they only have me a few fries, and I talked to my server, E and he said don't worry about it, I got you and he came back with a whole basket of fresh hot fries... Shout out to our server E‼️ whatever we had a issue with her fixed... Great night out of eating and fellowship... Well done Roadhouse and staff‼️

I ordered recently. And on my way to pick up my food. Was in a car accident.
I called to inform them (out of respect, because I grew up working in kitchens) and they were so nice.
I called the following day, spoke with Alejandro, who was so nice. And they made it all right.
That kind of stuff in today’s “food market” means A LOT. Customer service is dying.
But TRH still has their head on straight.

Service was excellent, food was very good as well. Be aware that it is a Texas roadhouse so they do their corporate song and dance stuff but that didn't bother our party at all. Also be aware that they only sit full parties.

The steak was cooked to perfection...The potato had too much salt on it...First time seeing a baked potato that was covered in what looked like coarse salt...That was too much salt for people that might be on a low sodium diet...The bathroom was filthy I haven't seen any bathroom that filthy except at Walmart

Good experience! Food was so good and customer services was so good! Place is a bit loud but that's normal when filled with tons of people. Wait time was too long also. But overall, good.

Food was good. Exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse. The rolls were especially good tonight. Our server, Edmond, was absolutely outstanding! Best service I've had at any restaurant in a long time.

Excellent meal! Excellent service! I went for a fundraiser benefiting Geauga Mama Dogs and Pups.
Texas Roadhouse could not have been more welcoming. They made the fundraiser very easy for the customers to participate in, and I appreciate the restaurant giving back in this way to small, local nonprofit organizations!
I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!
