Cleanliness: One star. The lobby was disgusting. Trash all over. Had to wipe-down our own table because nobody was looking after the lobby. Customer Service: One star. Stood around waiting for someone to take our order. The person taking our order talked so softly that I had to ask her to repeat herself every time she said something. No eye contact. No smile. Accuracy: One star. My wife and I both ordered the "snack-sized" quesadillas, and were given (and charged for) the much more expensive ones. Food quality: Two stars (maybe). Potato Ole's were good (but salty). Chicken burrito was kind of mushy. The cheese used in the quesadillas seemed to be a blend of American (with some cheddar). What is it with restaurants in Minnesota and only having American cheese? Price/value: One star. As fast food goes, the prices were steep. Over $3 for a quesadilla (with bad cheese at that) is outrageous. Overall: Not even close to the quality, cleanliness, service and value you would get from a Taco Johns just about anywhere else. We recently moved from Idaho where our Taco Johns was far better than what we experienced here.

They always seem busy, but you get an accurate order quickly and Nick always makes you feel like family when you stop in.

Normally have a positive experience with Taco John, but this time I ordered and ice tea and when I went to drink it there was a disgusting worm-like slug that came up the straw as well at the tea... 🤢🤮

You're choking out a small business with two locations named after the owners father. I say boycott Taco John's until they leave Taco Chon alone. (Chon was the owners father, as mentioned).

Pretty consistent service and food... The breakfast is really good... And more people should eat it... Really enjoy it for the start of my work weekend's.. The Taco's are good... Always filled right... Only complaint is that some workers done know how to wrap hard-shell tacos... Breaking the shells ..... I'm supposed to do that when I eat them... Not before... It's hard to eat broken tacos in your car during covid. Since you can't sit at a table. Other than that all good. I do wish Taco John's would add an additional hot sauce. Something a little hotter than the super hot...

One of our fave spots for fast food lost a star this time. Lettuce was slimy, meat was probably held too long, staff was standing around. We hope things will improve!

Had originally given them 4 stars. Changed cause the last times (4 at least) cashier has been unfriendly, crabby. And have messed up our order, not got all our order. Ordered a burrito it was cold and wet! Not just a little wet it was soggy gross. Today we went there and didnt get a thank you nothing. Just handed our food and she said here you go and shut the window. Very rude and horrible customer service.
