1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza

Nice and clean place. Pizzas made right in front of you... and super fast. Unfortunately, the taste of the pizza is mediocre. The crust is meh, sauce is blah and they went super light on the toppings. If it had only been $10-15 for the large pizza, I wouldn't mind but for nearly $20, the toppings should be pilled on.

Our office likes to support local restaurants every Thursday for our team lunch and we were very disappointed with the service and the food. The atmosphere of the restaurant was not very kind either. My team member was treated disrespectfully by the staff person and the food was subpar. My lettuce was wilted and there were hardly any ingredients in my personal caprese salad. Unfortunately, we will not be back. Another team member called to speak to the owner and was treated rudely as well. She said she would have the owner call, but hung up before she could even give our contact information.

Started coming here in June of 2018 and every single week once a week we come in for gluten free pizza before grocery shopping. 1,000 degrees pizza in Willmar is a phenomenal place to visit and eat at. The atmosphere is very enjoyable. I love the cleanliness of the restaurant, the variety of music that plays, the physical appearance (such as color scheme), the comfort of the seating, the friendliness of the staff, the very caring manager (duane) the quality of ingredients, and the order accuracy. There have been two times that the order was either inaccurate or not cooked quite long enough, but the manager went above and beyond expectations to fix it. They take every precaution possible to avoid gluten contamination, and takes the gluten allergy/celiacs disease very seriously. They offer salad, wings, cheese sticks, dessert pizza, and any possible pizza combination you could think of (i love being able to build my own gluten free pizza). I highly recommend this place. It isn't too often I give 5 star reviews because there is usually always room for improvement, but this place is perfect. It makes the thought of moving away from the area very sad because I will definitely miss this place.

I've been here a few times and I love their pizza. It is a great place to get up-scale fast food and not feel like you are a bucket of grease. They do a great job with the thin crispy crust and are generous with the toppings. The reason they only get 4 stars is because when we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, the entire staff was in slow motion. It took ages to get two 10" pizzas made and I had to wait while they were made before I could pay because there was nobody running the register. It seemed like we were a nuisance to the staff.
