Stopped in for coffee and breakfast on our trip, was not expecting such a lovely shop and *delicious* drinks and meals. We met the owner who was incredibly friendly, took the time to talk to us about our trip and give us travel recommendations. The shop is inside an old bank building and they thoughtfully kept the vault door and some other pieces to give it character and keep the history. There is an array of beautiful gallery pieces to look at while you sip and relax. It was stunning watching the clouds roll in from outside. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll return for sure and recommend it to anyone nearby!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place now! We stopped here because coming out of the motel in an area we knew nothing about, we didn't really know where to get breakfast. I am so glad we found this place! They were very nice about accommodating for food allergies and food modifications, like for example I ordered the blue cove smoothie which was delicious by the way! And I simply asked them to add strawberries in there and they did without an issue, and I also asked them to remove the cheese on my vegetable sandwich which they also did without issue. The sandwich was super yummy! The avocado was the perfect level of ripeness, the bread was toasted perfectly, and the flavors of the veggies and some other seasonings all just paired very well and made a very delicious veggie sandwich. The smoothies were made with real fruit and didn't have added sugar in them, which I really appreciate. And they tasted very yummy. Also ordered a ham and egg croissant, and the croissant was very buttery and flaky, wasn't stale at all and was also toasted very nicely. Also ordered a cream cheese bagel with salmon, and that was very nice because the smoked salmon wasn't TOO intense on the smoke flavor, but was also still a nice compliment to everything else. The dill and capers were a nice touch to the bagel as well and really added some yummy and interesting flavors. I totally recommend this place and there were still so many other menu items that sounded delicious that we didn't get to try! I hope we will be able to go again some time very soon because the interiors were very beautiful with the brick wall and plants and tables they have in there, gave it some sort of style, and also the food was all around very delicious. Highly recommend!

I love this wonderful ❤ place. The food is excellent 👌🏽 they have gluten free made fresh daily coffee cakes, scones and regular bread and coffee cake. The smoothies are definitely worth trying. The coffee ☕ is good too. And the most delightful thing about going there is the customer care, they even remember your name. A must try if you're in Willits California

Best breakfast in USA, that's a tall order, but if you are sick of hash browns, eggs over easy , then this terrific place is a wonderful respite from that. Friendly fantastic service, great coffee and food. We had the salmon bagel with cortado coffee, the coffee was full bodied and strong [ very similar to coffee back home in New Zealand], the bagel was delicious. Thanks for a great start to a beautiful day.

Stopped here after reading some other reviews that said I HAD to try the Breakfast Popper. Boy oh boy! I wasn’t disappointed. The sandwich arrived just as I showed in the photo with cheesy, ooziness coming out of the middle! I don’t recall breathing since I inhaled the entire sandwich quickly. I washed it down with an Americano and was 100% satisfied with my experience. Friendly staff and a great breakfast sandwich was a wonderful treat in an unfamiliar town! I’d easily return to the Brickhouse Coffee and recommend travelers passing by to stop and do the same. Good job!

It's a rainy day. We just visited the Willits Holiday Crafts Fair and wanted to take a break. Lucky us. There was the Brickhouse Coffee. I wanted an Eggnog Latte. My sweetie wanted hot tea. And, we both were looking for a baked treat. Honestly, it's been a challenge to find a café with Eggnog. It's on the menu here. They also feature something called scuffing (part scone, part muffin). What a tasty discovery. We chose a bacon scuffin and a blueberry scuffin. The staff were super friendly. Truly a great experience.

Nice spot to grab a bite after the Skunk Train! Turkey sandwich was very yummy with the addition of pickled onions on nice toasted sourdough. Kind workers and nice relaxed vibe.

I was traveling and thought I'd stop here to get a little bit of work done. I ordered an almond flavored latte and the veggie "scuffin" and I was genuinely blown away by the quality of both! The food seemed to be basically a pie with a scone base. Whatever it was, it was really tasty! The flavors were very well balanced, and it wasn't too rich. The only thing I would say is that it's a little oily, so eat with a fork if you can. On to the coffee: it was easily one of the best ten lattes I've ever had (and that's saying something as a former barista). The espresso was barely bitter -- it just had that little bit that you want. The milk was steamed perfectly and left a good amount of really beautiful wet foam. I was honestly shocked to find something so great from a little hole-in-the-wall in the middle of nowhere. The staff was also excellent; you can tell that it's a functional team of baristas who enjoy working with each other. The owner was also walking around and working in the back. I talked to him for a few minutes and he seems like a nice enough guy who's really proud of what he's done and the quality of his stuff. Overall, I would give this place a 10/10, and would recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Nice pit stop place as you drive down the 101. Town is charming and there's a historic theater, Carnegie library and park within 100 yards walk. Ordered a latte which was very strong. I ended up buying milk later to cut the flavor because it was too strong for me but if you like bold coffee you will love it. Looks like the building it is in used to be a bank as the coolers are in a vault. Kind of cool

A real coffee House and Cafe, Tom really knows what he's doing there. Good food great service, and taking care for the customers during the pandemic. Plus, supports local art, you really can't beat a place like that! <3 PS A year later, I am enjoying the Breakfast Popper and coffee. I absolutely love it 💓😍. So glad to see it imbued with such magic, such art, a gladness of spirit. This is a place the corporate world wishes it could copy but always falls short. Small business like this are a credit to any town, please stop and see for yourself.
