Texas Roadhouse

It was a lovely, wholesome experience at Texas Roadhouse. I loved everything about this restaurant. We didn't make a reservation, so we had to wait to be seated about 7mins. Our server Taheem was excellent. He attended to our every need and was so warm and friendly. The food was great, and we will definitely return when we are in the area again.

TL; DR: This place definitely holds the standards of a Texas Road House. Definitely swing on by if you're wanting delicious food, good times, and fantastic service. Full review: I was in the mood for some BBQ and was willing to give Dickies a try, regardless of its reviews. When I arrived, I was told by the service desk (that faces the restaurant since its inside a Walmart) it had been closed for the past 2 weeks and it was undergoing new management. So off to a name I've known as a kid and had numerous outstanding experiences to have a better night. I arrive and go straight to the bar, where Elanna is working alone. Regardless of this, she's still in good spirit and willing to go above and beyond for who she's serving, all while doing her best to manage the bar and surrounding tables. One key fact would be how she offered to do ½ sugar and ½ salt on the rim, for I was still not sure what sort of coating to do for a mango margarita. It turned out perfect, just like the rest of the food. Ordered the fried pickles and a half rack with a side salad and loaded sweet potato. The bread and butter were warm, the pickles were crunchy, and the flavorful meat fell right off the ribs. All of it hit the spot, affirming my choice to come tonight to be the best one. After a long day, was definitely great coming here for food, for it helped wrap up the day. Definitely come on by and see this homey place for yourself.

Great food, friendly waitstaff and they checked on us several times, all at the perfect times because we needed water etc just as they came to the table. I really love Texas roadhouse and this one has a great atmosphere. Great place to bring kids as well, the meals on the kids menu were not too expensive. Overall, would recommend. I had the grilled shrimp and blooming onion, both were delicious and perfectly cooked.

Ordered two full racks of ribs with all the trimmings and a few other bit s and bobs for pick-up. There food was ready when I got there. I thought that I needed two orders of ribs so I could share. Boy was I wrong! A full rack is a lot of meat! And with the sides it lasted for more than one meal. The staff were friendly, quite congenial. Although a bit pricey, the amount of food was well worth it. Plus you get fresh rolls to go with your meal. Texas Roadhouse is always a good experience.

They forgot that we had checked in with the host and were waiting for a table so it took almost 45 minutes to be seated. As well as one of our meals wasn't correct and we had a steak that was so tough we couldn't even cut into it however they did promptly get us another steak but the second steak came out covered in sauteed onions when we had specifically ordered it without. We then told the server and they took the second steak back and just literally scrapped the onions off and brought it back out therefore the steak still tasted of onions when the person who ordered it ordered it without onions because they don't like them or the taste of them. Needless to say I've had better experiences here in the past and this visit was probably one of the worst Ive had there. Although normally our service and food is great and I will continue to eat here regardless of one negative experience!

We went there at 8pm on valentines day, our servers name was Isaiah and he was absolutely awesome! Such great food! We started with loaded fries, and fried pickles, absolutely delicious! My bf got pulled pork and I got country fried steak both absolutely even more delicious! But the best part about our night was our server, friendly, positive attitude, even with his day not going so well as he told us he kept on a smile and delivered the most awesome service. He just moved to vt from Alaska so that was an awesome story to here as well. Absolutely the best valentines date ever!
