Subway

Literally the worst subway ever. They know there will be a good amount of people to come through there and they are never stocked on anything. Today I walked in and was told they only have wheat bread. Ok I’m fine with that. Then I get to the veggies and wasn’t told before that they didn’t have any onions or green peppers ready.. so I basically get a meat sandwich.. to try and fix the situation they offer me a free cookie to make up for it.: I’m just wowed at this. And it’s always like this every morning when I come in. Doesn’t matter if they have only been open a hour. They need to fix this situation.

Horrible and unacceptable customer service. The employee had a very nasty attitude as though she didn't want to be there. She threw my order on the floor twice while attempting to make it, slaming toaster oven doors, and then went to grab a broom and dust pan to clean up her mess, went back to making sandwiches and didn't even change her gloves

I walked up to the counter. Saw that the employees were busy. So I waited 5 minutes. No one came to help me or even acknowledged that I was there. Employees knew I was there. I was standing right in front of them. I've worked in the food industry for years, I know how things are, I would've at least greeted my customer.
