Pizza Hut

Awful company and management. Ordered pizza for my 2 year old and I for dinner. They forgot his milk and the delivery driver initially said it wasn't on the slip, when I said I know I ordered it she told me they could possibly refund it. I opened the pizza and it was smashed on one side of the box and not really pizza. I called to see what they could do, talked to a manager who said she would personally deliver it in less than 30 minutes. Called back an hour later and was told they got busy and it would be another hour before they got to mine. So in total 3 hours to actually get what I ordered. Awful, unhelpful people. Update - They finally delivered my pizza. At 9:30 at night over 3 and a half hours after I ordered it and asked them to just refund everything. They did not get the order right and brought the wrong pizza but it at least looked like a pizza this time.

Sooo I ordered pizza to go, a Small Pepperoni Pizza & when I came to pick it up, the Gal, said she had to take the pizza back cuz she was bleeding from her finger from cutting the pizza, so they had to remake it, come to find out after starting to eat it, BTW this was a free pizza because of what happened, the pizza was really greasy underneath and OMG too much tomato sauce guys…. Just look at this!! You couldn’t even keep the toppings on the pizza, Probably gonna avoid this place for awhile… Could be bad management with the cooks or something…

We ordered two pizzas for home delivery through the website...it took more than an hour and twenty minutes to arrive...I live just five blocks away from that store...the presentation was disgusting, the dough was still raw, the slices weren't even cut well. They didn't read or pay attention to the customer instructions...the order clearly said put Light marinara sauce, but they did the opposite, they swamped it in that sauce...totally disgusting, tasteless. I will NEVER order food from that place again. Has been the most disappointing and disgusting experience...Our plan for Family Friday night with pizza and movie was destroyed. Go to Domino's or Papa John's!

This new Pizza Hut does not taste like Pizza Hut should taste….. Where is all the grease in my deep dish pizza? Where’s my flavored crust? I went to get my pizza and it said it was ready online, but when I drove up to the window it wasn’t ready. I waste out front for like 10 minutes. I go in and then they can’t find my order. The girl brings me two different orders with someone else’s name on it. Pizza Hut is my fave! Why have the last two orders tasted like a Digorno?? Please, Please give us the grease in the deep dish!! Give us flavored crusts!!!!!
