I used the app to order because it was my understanding that if you ordered ahead, the pizza would be made fresh. Unfortunately, even with the app saying “in the oven” while I literally sat outside waiting for my pick up notification, the pizza was old, cold and hard. And I’ve had fresh pizza before from here so I know how it should be even after making the 8 min drive home. Even the boxes weren’t hot indicating that it was even kept in a warmer.

So. I say this in the best possible way. I’m pregnant and emotional so I know sometimes people in my state of mind can be irrational. Let’s just say I went, ordered my food and asked if it would be better that I do my shopping and come back so as they had plenty of time to get my order in and do it right. I paid extra for my pizza and bread sticks as in this point in time I wanted things a certain walt. Fast forward 50 minutes. I arrive to get my order and my bread sticks arrived smashed together didn’t even look at my pizza yet. After some key pointers be lots of tears I was given new un smashed breadsticks. I also went to buy something to drink because now I’m at 60 plus minutes waiting on my food, hysterical, hot and thirsty. I was given my food, 1 free water, and told to be safe going back to bring my food to my husband at work. When I arrived here a little less anxious this is what I opened my pizza box to see. This is their version of a ultimate supreme pizza, add pineapple because I’m pregnant

They got my order wrong twice, I had a custom pizza for pick up. When I walked in they were joking about how they lost a pizza, I didn’t think anything about it. I came home without checking the pizza because I was so hungry and I wasn’t thinking. I opened the box to see a thin crust pepperoni pizza that cost $19 I could’ve gotten that for $9 at Kroger !! So I go back no problem they give me a refund so I ask for a remake after getting the refund and they tell me that it’ll be too big of a wait time and that I already got a refund so I guess that means I can’t get a remake even though I said I would pay for the remake. So I had a friend order the same pizza thin crust and custom toppings and somehow they still forgot the thin crust but I just gave up. I work in fast food and it’s serious for me to make sure every customer is satisfied and got what they paid for and asked for, I do not know how you could mess up so bad and not care.

The absolute worst Little Caesars i have ever been too. New to the area and first time the pizza was missing most of the sauce and was over cooked. The 2nd time I stood there for 5-7 mins an not one employee said a word to me, so i left. Last night was the 3rd and final time - after 3 mins of standing at the counter being ignored by the guy folding pizza boxes, one guy came up to me and said nothing is ready and we are only doing online orders. So nothing was ready! Time to drop a bomb on this place and start over. Thankfully there are many other places to each nearby. SAD!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, and will not after just 1 bad experience. One person having a rough day shouldn't ruin a places reputation. This is the 3rd time I have ordered crazy bread from the Willis location and it was NO where near cooked all the way. The 1st was quite a while back, but these last 2 were within weeks of one another. The pizza was still usually good. This time, with the uncooked crazy bread I got 1 burnt pizza, and 2 good ones. Does not help that the staff seems to get more and more rude every time I have went in lately.

They don't answer the phone. Pizza is never ready even if you order way ahead online. Stood inside waiting on my late order.called their phone 3 times & watched them ignore the phone each time. Two employees in the back were throwing pepperonis at each other. Very unprofessional and way too much horse play with our food.
