THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND FOOD. The service here is the absolute worst. Every SINGLE TIME. They’re rude and disrespectful and do not care. Their attitudes are trashy and unprofessional and quite frankly sickening. I have given this location SO MANY CHANCES. Every time something has been bad it can be the food or service. Tonight tops me not going back. I got home I opened the meal and it looks Pathetic of the quality, then I bite into a French fry & it’s cold, the inside is still frozen. The tacos were freezing cold and you’re not going to tell me any of it was fresh. They left out items and when asked for sauce it was a hassle. I waited at the window for someone to even look at me when both employees were standing there. The quality of the sandwich was TERRIBLE. This location is TRASH.

I waited 6 minutes until the lady finally took my order then another 37 minutes sitting at the window. I watched multiple employees eating fries from the bin and the guy that put my fries in the bag.. Palmed the whole top container and all the fries that were on top got touched by his bare hands and one fry was hanging over the container so he ate it.. on top of this and the 43 minute wait time they refused to give me a receipt and my order was wrong. This is NOT A "FAST FOOD" PLACE. Worst experience I've ever had from any fast food place.

The staff is not very perceptive. Standing there at the counter waiting to order, the employees just walked by. Didn't ask if I had been helped or anything. If you go to this location keep in mind that they stock pile tacos for the drive thru. So they get old and soggy. Walk inside and tell them you want fresh tacos. That way you see them come out fresh.

Horrible service I weighed it in the drive-through line for over 40min! 4cars in front of me! All I ordered was a large curly fry.. I finally get to the window the lady that's taking the cash/cards goes fixes my Jojo's curly fries never washed her hands and no gloves....And touching the food with her fingers Nasty nasty

I like Jack in the Box and this place is no exception. For me the service is usually friendly, courteous and fast enough! I don't mind if it takes a little bit longer because my order is being made fresh and even then its pretty quick. The food is good but maybe a little pricey ... Probably wouldn't be good if it was cheaper so you get what you pay for.

I have been through the drive thru 3 times in the last week and I think I’m gonna start driving to the other one, because something has been wrong every time. I try to call to talk to manager about issues and I get a fax machine. I went in today when my order was wrong again (this time the person taking it rang it all wrong) and unfortunately the language barrier made it hard for the manager to understand my problem. It did get fixed, but geez every time is getting ridiculous. :(
