Dunkin'

If I could give a 0 I would !! I literally go to Duncan donuts almost everyday and spend at least $11/ day! This is the worst Duncan location I have EVERRRR BEEN TO! the service is horrible and the food is even worst! The hash browns ALWAYS taste old and on top of that today they served me FROZEN BAGEL MINI’S !!! What’s even worst is the manager didn’t even acknowledge they messed up and instead when I said something about it she started screaming at me saying “BYE MAM” at the top of her lungs (please run the footage)… In front of the employees and drive thru customers ! I am soo dissatisfied with the service I received …. NOT only were my Mini’s frozen… my hash browns were soo hard I couldn’t even eat them !!!! I asked for honey in my tea but they sent my tea out without it ! I am soo disgusted with the service I received today !! This all happened today 2/7/22 at about 9:15 am!

The employees just don’t care. One girl that worked there didn’t say anything during transaction or when I got my food. Where is the customer service? On top of that, because of their lack of care they got my order wrong and I had to wait 20 minutes for my correct order! When I looked at my hummus bread, I noticed that it came with NO tomatoes as advertised but after waiting so long I didn’t even bother to fix it for them to take so long again. I really don’t want to come back here. I just came here because it was in the area. Big mistake…

No I only ordered hashbrowns and bacon but when I got my hashbrowns in the drive-through they were super cold, but they could’ve came out of the refrigerator. I had to go around to the drive-through again to get hot ones and I believe all they did was re-cook the cold ones that they gave me, and it also took about five minutes. Why are there no freshly cooked hashbrowns already ready, why would you feel the need to re-cook cold ones and take forever at that.

This place is on the Dunkin App for order ahead and once you place your order and select walk in and get to the store the door is locked and they have a sign saying no walk in they need to update the app so that people aren’t stuck in the drive thru that’s why people order ahead to be able to walk in grab your coffee and keep it moving.

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. They are understaffed and unprofessional. You can spend a good 15 min waiting at the drive thru if not more, the employee at the window could care less about giving you the right and complete order. Always on their phones. The outside where the menu is is dirty. Who manages this place? If I could give zero star I would.
