Mark with a K truly defies the stereotypes associated with fast food workers through his undying gratitude and genuine care he extends towards his customers. My recent encounter with Mark has shown me that despite working in the most gruesome and descipable industry, he is able to put his feelings aside and make a change in our world. Mark is the perfect example of the kind and loving soul that our world needs right now and I hope that he will ripen the characters of many more just as he did for me. I would also like to personaly thank Mark for showing me that there is still hope left for humanity and I am confident we are capable of fostering a better community if everyone were to uphold these same values in the paths they choose.

In terms of a taco bell it is fine. I always order ahead on the app. I get the items I order most of the time, but usually they are not customized the way I ask even if I pay extra for something. It's not worth the time to go back to have it fixed, but it is annoying to not get exactly what you expect.

The best part of this place is the shift manager Malia. I went here on 8/18/23 late at night. Malia and two other gentlemen were working at the time. They were not only working hard but having fun while doing it. The joy and fun they were having radiated out of the kitchen. I worked for 4 years as an assistant manager for D'Angelos and would have killed to have staff like them. My night was going rough, but I left with a smile on my face because of the genuine friendliness of Malia and her staff. They deserve a raise! Their joy was certainly contagious, and I hope to see them at my next visit. My experience just wouldn't be the same if it wasn't for them.

This Taco Bell had VERY efficient & friendly employees! It was extremely busy at the time I arrived but they got me through quicker than expected DURING THE 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY. It's not often that I find such exceptional service at fast food restaurants. I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff, especially after midnight on a holiday. I recommend this Taco Bell highly, there's so much to do in Willimantic center! Stop at the Bell and see for yourself

Everyone here is very friendly and gets the job done right. Everything is very fast and very tasty. I don't even like spicy foods all that much, but I love getting them at this specific taco bell! I would definitely recommend going here as the food is over the top amazing (especially for a fast food restaurant) and you get a bang for your buck
