Dunkin'

I come to this location a few times a week as it's convenient and close to my job. I try being understanding, I really do, BUT I can't help but be a little grumpy over the service. I take a huge risk ordering food because nine times out of ten it's still cold or sloppy. I have overheard some of the girls working the drive thru talk about wanting to beat up customers, stuck waiting over half hour (my entire break) with no urgency anywhere on their part. Today was what really upset me. I will sometimes order my coffee extra sweet because it's a nice treat for me. I pull up to the window and right away the man working the drive thru says, kind of rudely, "you like your coffee that sweet?" Embarrassed, I said yeah sometimes. He then follows up with a complaint about how far up the cup he filled with flavor syrup and sweetener. It made me feel awful AND guilty for ordering a drink how I like it. Feeling very indifferent about this place and may just opt for the Tim Horton's across the street if the customer service doesn't change.

I'm glad we have a Dunkin here because there's a Tim Hortons at almost at every corner. I love using the app and I'm always rewarded very quickly for my drinks, which means free drinks very quickly. They have more choices for cream cheese. When you order on the app you can still choose the type of donuts you'd like. I also love that they have a side which is just bacon! What an awesome idea! Customer service is always pleasant too! Totally recommend!

Amazing place. Came in for a quick stop. Everyone working here was super nice and friendly. They were happy about life. Made the whole experience positive. They made an extra lemonade and I got it for free. Love it. For being on the road so long, the nice lady gave me a free donut too. I love you guys. Thank you.

somehow nobody at this location can make my drink right except one lady who no longer works here. i use to come almost everyday and now i come like once every few months because of how bad this location is. they will mess up your drink and give you an attitude when you go back to get it fixed. when i order 3 extra pumps of caramel in my iced latte it tastes like there’s barely any in there, but when i order 4 extra, it tastes like they dumped the whole bottle of caramel in there. so i’m pretty sure they do way more extra than i asked because i guess i’m inconveniencing them by asking for that even though i’m paying for it. went today and asked for 3 extra pumps of caramel, when i tasted it it tasted like there wasn’t much in there. so i went back and asked if they could just add one or 2 more pumps and when i got my drink back it tasted like they put 20 extra pumps. smh. now i’ll just have to throw it out because it’s unbearable. good place to go if you wanna waste your money. horrible service, long waits, attitudes, and probably won’t get your order right. not to mention almost every time i order they repeat my order back to me completely wrong. and i have to correct them sometimes more than once.

Some guy came in (literally) yelling at the employees about how they put too much ice in his drink and was definitely rude about it. The employee responded very well and remade his drink. An employee shouldn't have to take disrespect from customers, but it was nice to see him handle it so well and not be rude back.
