Tim Hortons

I ordered coconut milk iced cap and I was at the speaker. I was using the app and there was a sign up that said the grill was broken. So I had to change my order. She was very pushy, (heavy white girl short black hair). Once I changed my app order I pulled forward. No one was waiting behind me. A young boy with sandy brown hair asked if my order was the coconut milk iced cap and I said yes. The rude girl gave me a 2% milk iced cap and rudely handed it off. I looked at the drink and it didn't look or taste right. I didnt feel like arguing. So, I took the drink to Colvin Blvd. Location and they swapped out my drink free of charge. Nice apologetic crew. The app order number was, 9534 at 1:25pm.

employees are rude. i know we’re all short staffed, but still be nice to your customers. “what’s your order” “k come up” . then didn’t even hand me the right iced coffee & i even asked the guy nicely if it had mocha in it “yeah yeah for sure” let’s say it didn’t and tasted like water. disappointed literally dumped it out & went to starbucks where they actually appreciate their customers .

I come here often and it is good overall but recently price has been increasing for all their goods, they don't have extended hours and most of the time they don't have the good donut flavors(anything in season). Don't get me wrong, Tim Hortons is my go to for coffee and bakery but it would be nice for Tim Hortons to have more availability for their baked goods.

Horrible experience always get a tea with 3 cream 5 honey I have been drinking it for years! I can’t tell when the honey is not in it. The employee is rude at the window telling me she will put it on the side from now on. No you will put it in my tea because that’s what you’re job is their for. If you can’t make a tea right and get mad because a customer knows what it taste like instead of drinking a cup of hot water you should probably find a new job ! Will never go here again!
