I stop by this McDonald's w my father after golf once in awhile. I made a mistake placing the order (ordered double cheeseburger meal instead of 2 cheeseburger meal). When they brought out our food I thought McDonald's made the mistake until I looked at my receipt. McDonalds corrected MY mistake w no additional charges. I couldn't believe it! My father said the food was perfect. The fries had the right amount of salt, the burger was just right and he loved his shake (he's 92). The employees are top notch, I'm glad we stop here. We'll be back!

They have definitely gotten better with speed in making the food and gettingnit out to me. Food is getting better at being fresher (meaning the temp of food is as if it was just cooked). I do like their frappe`s which is a good alternative to the ☆ bucks.

I've only ever had minor problems with orders here. We always check our bag to make sure the order is correct (as everyone should), and the food is what you would expect from a Mcdonalds. I don't think this place deserves the bad reviews they have. Just be kind, patient and respectful.

I work on the road and am always in Williamstown on Thursdays. Their service and attitudes are amazing. Unfortunately cannot not say that about most McDonald's. But this one gets 2 thumbs up, especially during these times. I personally have never had to wait to long for my food nor has my food been cold.

Average customer service in the evening but love the morning shift lady.. She's always really nice.. If it wasn't for her I would go to a different McDonalds. Never know when your food is going to be cold or hot.. About 50/50 chance.. and their fries.. about 90/10. Almost always cold and nasty.
