I had an issue with a delivery about a week ago and called. Got a credit on my account, well a few days later the manager Diane called me and wanted to know what happened, with no hesitation she offered to make me straight. The customer service was on spot!!! Definitely will make this my Williamston stop. It doesn't take much to make me happy, but it does take time to reach out to your customers!! Thank you Diane!!! 🤩🤩

We began singing Taylor Swift and a waitress joined in. Mr. Manager Man was also very conversational and loved out little mermaid cosplays!!!!!

I went here today around lunch time they wasn't busy but that salad bar was so fresh the restaurant super clean and our waitress was amazing so sweet she's a hard worker well all the employees working was sweet and kind definitely be back love prices too

Great service, but my pizza was burned and not prepared as I ordered and paid for. But the employee was super polite and courteous at the window.

I visited as a dasher, picking up customer orders. They have great food from my experience, but they do need to work on making sure orders are correct. I had 3 separate orders on different days that were incorrect. That reflects negatively on us and makes it difficult because we cannot visibly check the orders. We can ask, but we're relying on that person's word, since most orders are filled and sealed before arrival. That would be the only negative mark I have for this location. As I stated previously, their food is delicious, the location is clean, and the staff is courteous and kind.

I'm reading all the other reviews and the food reviews are bad. What in the world? Everytime I order from here the pizza is always GREAT!
Now I've never eaten inside but I have gone inside to use the bathroom. Yes the Floor was super sticky and the bathroom was nasty. The music that was playing was not conducive to having a nice dining experience. It didn't have a restaurant vive it was very ghetto-ish. Not a place to bring the family to dine in. Go to the drive through, get your pizza to go.
The pick up window people are always super nice, and the pizza is ALWAYS GREAT.
From the other reviews it sounds like the owner should do a surprise inspection. That's the only way to improve their business. Because each time I do go the parking lot is empty.
