So 6 months ago I published a bad review based on how i was treated as a customer. Today I have deleted that review and will publish another. Since then the store has been renovated and new employees. I must say I am very impressed with how sweet all of the employees are that ive come in contact with. It went from having them roll there eyes and never speak to smiles and laughs. I know working with the public sucks but it makes me day when someone is making the best out of there job. Applaud to all the employees for giving mcdonalds a 360 makeover with good attitude.

I ordered at the drive through and I was back on the road in a few minutes! The two ladies I talked to were nice and friendly and made me feel good. The food was good and hot! This is way it is supposed to be. Easy and Great! Thanks McDonald's!!

Second time in three days here. The food is what you wood expect from typical McD's. The staff is ultra responsive. They did have a machine go down while we were there. But they came out and promptly notified us and offered a substitute.

Great experience!!! Heading home to Havelock from Water Country with 4 kids...hit them with a pretty big order and even though short staffed, Karen the manager gave us some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. I was a restaurant manager for 15 years and am now a district manager in retail. Thank you Karen and team for being great even in what I know can be a stressful situation!!!

I always order a special order so I make sure my food is fresh n ask for fries without salt n they will always be fresh . Awesome Iced. Coffee n the cheapest .

Drive thru was busy however the cashier/taker was very nice, kind, respectful and had patience. Spoke clear and suggested sale

We stopped at the MacDonalds in Williamston on East Blvd on the way home to Raleigh. I can honestly say that this is the best MacDonalds I have visited. The food was served at the right temperature and the manager came out to check to see if everything was to our liking. She introduced herself as Karen and told us to let her know if we needed anything else. The restaurant is very clean and all staff members we came in contact with were friendly and professional. If only all MacDonalds were run this efficiently!! Kudos to the owner of this MacDonalds. Your restaurant was a very pleasant experience!!
