Second time in three days here. The food is what you wood expect from typical McD's. The staff is ultra responsive. They did have a machine go down while we were there. But they came out and promptly notified us and offered a substitute.

I ordered at the drive through and I was back on the road in a few minutes! The two ladies I talked to were nice and friendly and made me feel good. The food was good and hot! This is way it is supposed to be.

Great experience!!! Heading home to Havelock from Water Country with 4 kids...hit them with a pretty big order and even though short staffed, Karen the manager gave us some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. I was a restaurant manager for 15 years and am now a district manager in retail. Thank you Karen and team for being great even in what I know can be a stressful situation!!!

I always order a special order so I make sure my food is fresh n ask for fries without salt n they will always be fresh . Awesome Iced. Coffee n the cheapest .

I will say, there has been significant improvement here. The service is considerably quicker depending on who's working. Night shift has friendly staff that are always willing to chat while they work and make sure everything is correct. On breakfast (when I go) they're quick and typically the order is right. But it's always a good rule of thumb to double check your order before leaving. After all, we're all human and make mistakes. Especially, if it's busy. Glad to see the turn around rate here has decreased and I see more of the same faces. My kids still love it, so we're here at least once a week.
