Pizza Hut

Never put any sauces you order in your order. I can't tell you how many time I've ordered from here to get cheese sticks with no marinara or wings with no ranch. It doesn't matter if you hit the buy extra sauce. They'll happily just charge you and still not give it to you. "Did you get the ranch?" "It's in the box" You get home and it's definitely not in the box.

Told me my wings would be ready at 9:10, showed up at 9:10. Waited at the window for about 15 minutes until they told me to pull around to the front. Said they were in the deep fryer. Waited another 20 minutes and then called them. On the phone they said they were in the deep fryer. Waited another 10, they finally got my wings but didn’t get the ranch that I asked for. Started eating and realized my wings were not the flavor that I ordered. There were no cars in line during this time and almost nobody inside the store. This store usually isn’t a problem for me but this time they either lied to me about my wings being in the fryer, or they kept them in for 30 minutes. The food was still good, just wish I had showed up at 9:50 instead of 9:10.

The cashier Stephanie was amazing and very considerate. I was trying to place an order and see the deals online and when I tried to place the order over the phone I was told they don't have the deals posted on their website. I went to the store and Stephanie was not only friendly and helpful but she abided with the deals posted online. The pizza however was very disappointing, it's Pizza Hut it's always awesome, except this time there was barely any cheese or sauce, the crust was hard and barely cut if you tried to get a piece, you were taking half the pizza which my child accidentally did, but when we tasted it, we were very disappointed. We aren't a wealthy family so when we order out it's rare but we expect it to be descent, at least, not this time. Come.on guys ! You can do better

I placed an out of state order with Shannon, the manager. The food is for the staff caring for my sister at the Williamsburg Nursing Home. The weather is so bad that the staff will be spending the night to care for the residents. Shannon was so helpful and personable. She is concerned for the safety of her staff too and offered to contact the nurse, Theresa, if they need to make the delivery sooner due to the snow. I am so appreciative of Shannon and her staff for delivering some fresh hot pizza to the hard working nurses and staff who are away from their families in order to care for my sister and the other residents. Worst pizza i have ever ate ! No topping's but sausage & few pepperoni's Bread sticks we're still doughy Wing's we're over cooked. I wanted to call & complain & the Wife said forget it enough terrible complaints & bad service & it will collapse on it's on without my help. Never again spent over $ 50.00 ;"( sad
