Wendy's

I was very disappointed at this place. I got off work at 11 o'clock and went in for a burger. I stood at the counter for like 15 minutes. The workers kept looking at me standing there but no one came to the counter and asked could they help me. After about 15 minutes I finally asked is someone going to take my order. The guy from the back they kept looking at me walked up to the front and said sorry what can I get you. I placed my order for chicken avocado bacon sandwich. I paid got my cup and went to sit down. I waited and waited. Other people placed their orders, got their food and left. And I was still waiting. I went to the counter and asked and they forgot about me. The guy told me that they were cooking my chicken fresh. I went back and sat down. And I waited some more. More people came in, placed their order and got their food. I went back to the Counter. I was a bit upset. Again I asked where was my order. They told me it was coming. After about five more minutes I finally got my order. I sat down to eat. The fries were cold. I walked back to the counter and I asked for fresh fries. They said yes. And they were sorry. I was giving fresh fries I went back and sat down to eat. The sandwich was not very good. I've been into it and the chicken had cook for so long on one side that you couldn't bite through the chicken. I had to take the sandwich apart and actually peel off a part of the chicken. It wasn't burned but it was way overcooked and super hard. The bacon was hard. And I got what was left of pieces of lettuce. This was the second time I've been here and both experiences were not good!
