Mcdonald's

I got the Big Mac with fries and while the burger was good, the fries were cold. They had a decent selection of drinks and the bathrooms were clean. The food was a bit on the expensive side though. You could definitely find cheaper food around here. This was my first time going to McDonald’s and it was honestly better than I thought. I gave 4 stars only because of the cold fries. Please like this review if you found it helpful.

The spicy chicken sandwich was 10/10. The fries were also nice and hot. I stopped to use the bathroom before leaving. Whoever cleans the bathroom here deserves an award. It was one of the cleanest fast food bathroom I’ve ever seen (which is a rare occurrence, let’s be honest)! Ronald McDonald would be proud. 😌

I arrived about 50 minutes after this location was supposed to open for the day. After waiting in the drive-through for several minutes, someone finally came to take my order. After I listed my order, the cashier informed me that her computer was down and she could not complete my order. I asked if I could come inside or pay in cash. She said no and it would be another hour before they would be able to serve. This McDonald’s on my regular commute, and this is not the first time I’ve had issues with them not being ready for the day early in the morning. If they are not able to serve through the drive-through, it would be helpful if there was a sign posted, the menu boards were shut off, or the drive-through was blocked.

When I came thru the drive though got some fries, and 10 piece nuggets. The fries were cold, and the nuggets were rock hard. When I asked for some fresh fries and nuggets they wouldn't give it to me. So I asked to speak with the manager. Chris the store manger came to the window to see what the problem was and would not give me fresh hot food. And was very rude to me. I want a refund.

Was put through the ringer for simply asking for a cup of water for my dog while passing through on a road trip. I get you have rules and policies but you are also in customer service. Nobody likes to be scolded and berated by 5 teens for a task that takes 2 sec. It is so off-putting and how you lose customers. We remember things like this.
