Absolutely rude and disrespectful employees. I had to check my order at the counter because it took a while for us to get the food. The kid meals were wrong and when I asked them to get remade, they got an attitude. I told them we were missing three meals and they said they had given us all the food and said they sat it on the counter. After getting another attitude, she turned around and found out that she put it back under the heater. When I checked the other bags, my sandwich was made wrong, and I dealt with it because I heard the employee mumble under her breath, is this white chick really going to look through all the bags. I just looked at them and said have a good day and walked out. My sandwich was so soggy I couldn’t even eat it. I do not recommend this place. Wouldn’t of been as bad if they weren’t so rude!

Although I have not eaten inside of this restaurant, I have been several times thru the drive thru. The staff are extremely friendly; especially the cashier and are extremely helpful. They will even remember you and welcome you back. After a long day it is always nice to know that their are friendly people in this world. This is the best experience at Wendy's that I have ever been to. Thank you so much Wendy's!

Food was cold when I got home. Less than 10 minutes. I went via drive thru so didn't want to turn around. The strawberry frosty was actually good.

Drive through is fairly quick and the staff is quick and friendly. The manager is friendly always make sure the order is correct before handing it to the customer. Food is what you would expect from them.

I ordered a 4 for 4 with a jr bacon cheeseburger. After we got our food there was no bacon. We tried telling them but they said that the jr bacon cheeseburger only comes with the $5 biggie bag, not the 4 for 4. The cashier was very rude about this, we even spoke to the manager and she said the same. She also wouldn't give us a receipt. Won't come here again.

Horrible management, dirty lobby and bathroom. While we were eating a couple asked for the high chair to be wiped off because it was dirty and no one did anything he even asked for something to wipe it off himself but no response, they immediately left. Disrespectful and rude employees managed the same way.

Ordered six burgers and four fries to pick up. Missing one burger and three fries. I won’t drive ten minutes back, but it’s so disappointing for the service.
The app has a chat but never works. Complain never get feedback. What’s wrong with Wendy’s these days? Going out of business?

We used the self-serve order kiosk but had to wait for someone to get our drink cups. Then the drink machine was out of Coke and Root Beer.
