The lady in drive-thru was very rude and rushed us the entire time we were trying to order. Got the food and half of our food is wrong. I ordered NO pickles or TOMATO and got pickles lettuce ketchup. No cheese no onions. Will definitely be taking a survay.

This BK is always a pleasure to visit. The facilities are always clean and neat. The staff is professional and friendly. When not serving customers, they busy themselves with various tasks involving work (rather than texting or facebook...). I've included a photo (taken mid-morning...), neat and clean, ready for lunch.

Let me start with I do not have high expectations for fast food, totally understand you get what you pay for.....However, this morning I ordered a croissan’wich with bacon, egg-normous burrito and 2 large hash browns in drive thru. I did not get the hash browns so I parked and came inside with my order and receipt. An employee who was near drunk stand yells in a loud rude voice with her back turned to me and fellow employees, “We got a costumer up here with a compliment!” I had not even made it to the register and I wasn’t complaining I was simply trying to get additional items that I paid for. I received them no problem or questions asked so great. Got home and my sandwich had only bacon on it. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. He alerted me if I wanted eggs and cheese on my sandwich I would of had to ask for a crossian’wich with eggs, bacon, and cheese. Ok my mistake as a consumer but when I checked the menu there is no menu item that says croissan’wich with bacon. I did inform him that I thought it was rude of his employee to yell out like that and he said that it was ok because she was alerting them of a compliment. Again, I had not even spoke to anyone I was merely a couple feet inside the store. The manager seemed to think that was proper protocol for alerting him their was mistake. He did offer to redo my sandwich if I wanted—I was already home by this point which is 10 miles away. Prior to getting my order I joked with my passenger that I have not been to this particular Burger King in a long time because every time they end up not giving me the correct order. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. If I have to get fast food I will go to the Chick-fil-A that is next door where it’s cleaner, better food, and employees aren’t rude.

I've always enjoyed the flame-broiled burgers. Those were delicious. The staff may need a little help. Been there a few times and they got order wrong or didn't put what I asked in the bag. They've been running out of straws. Afternoon staff need a lot of help. Took forever to get my order. People are lined up in the drive thru started leaving. The bathroom was disgusting . I don't think they even clean it the hand railing was coming off the wall soap dispenser was open hardly any soap!

I been through the drive through a couple of times in the afternoon. It the worst Burger King I have been too, the staff are unprofessional over the intercom. The first time they were having a conversation and laughing and usually don't use a greeting. They left out a whopper I ordered and the straws they gave me were coffee stirrers. I'm pretty forgiving on this stuff once but the second time I came back same scenario. Maybe its the afternoon weekday staff? Not sure, but won't be back.

Tried the new tacos. I was underwhelmed. Clearly pre made and microwaved. Could tell because the meat was welded to the shell. I don't think I'll order those again. The service here was great. Our cashier was very helpful with our questions. Clear, understandable responses.

This was by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to..They were out of food and supplies to service the customers. The lights on the outside were all blown out and it was dark and scary. The staff Danny and Blake(yup just the two of them) were exceptional given the poor working conditions! Hats off to you guys for enduring that disastrous place and still being positive. Management needs to be ashamed of themselves because they are clearly being paid for NOTHING!!!

Employees said owner refused to purchase items for the restaurant. Out of nuggets, drinks including sweet tea.. No sugar no shakes had to get them to cook cheese sticks over 1st order was not fresh. The wait time was just as bad.
