This is the best McDonald's in Williamsburg. Food is always fresh and quick. Employees are regularly polite and in a good mood. We like their breakfast as a treat for our kids, and will choose this one.

This is what $15/hour gets you.
The only reason I'm giving a 1 is because of the nice associate that handed me my order.
The person that 'welcomed' me was laughing when she mumbled 'what chu want' . Didn't hear me so repeated it again. While waiting to pay, the man behind me asked if the had any kind of soda water....more loud laughter and had to announce to her coworkers 'this dude askin for some kinda soda water...dude , no. You need to pull up.'
She took care of my transaction and thankfully I could pull up.
Minimum wage service = $15 ...nope!

We went on 04/30 at 10pm. I spent $20+ & they served me COLD, OLD HARD FILET O FISH SANDWICHES!! The girl at the window didn't offer a cup holder she didn't greet us and she seem to be in a VERY BAD MOOD! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! AND Y'ALL HAVEN'T EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT ME ABOUT MY MONEY! BUMS MCDONALD'S I'M CALLING CORPORATE!!

It's McDonalds.
Back when McD's was in the process of trying to clean up its image, this was one of the first places that really showed off its slick look. They've kept it up ever since. Reliable place!

Fries over cooked. Glazed chicken tenders swimming in sauce and mostly small bits instead of tenders. Pushy to use kiosk even though it takes three times longer and hard to use.
Next visit (I should of known better) but I wanted to try the new crispy chicken sandwich. It's not crispy. It's also very dry.

I recently started coming to this location. The manager seems to enjoy his job and gets to know his customers. It's really nice to get a personal hello. The store is always clean and has great high tech support for ordering. Food is cooked as you order so always tastes fresh. If you like a good environment and fast food this is your place. Give them a try.

I did a mobile order and picked up curbside. It took 15 mins for them to bring out a combo. I watched as 8 cars left the drive thru. I know my order was entered before half of them. I would have been quicker waiting in the long drive thru line. They still were served first. Then got my food and my fries were cold!
