Hit or miss on speed of delivery. One time it took 1.5 hours and another time approx 30 min. I work 10 min from the store. They did call to say they were running behind on the longer delivery after the online notification stated they were on their way...food is decent especially since they deliver...its pretty convenient..I recently ordered a turkey sub and was sad that inside the wrapper with my sub was a few little pieces of tuna. :( This was disturbing since I don't eat seafood. Fortunately it was small and I could wipe it off..and the sub was not tainted. They should really change their gloves after handling tuna. Also.. there is a delivery charge ..... The kicking ranch dressing was very yummy!

the catering company i ordered lunch through for a work meeting didn’t show. i called this place ordering 30 sandwiches and chips and they got it done with grace. thank you to the team that worked 7/27/21 lunch shift. you rock !

The staff is always so kind! There was a printing error and my order took slightly longer than usual, so they offered me chips and a drink immediately - even though it really hadn't been long and I wasn't worried about it. I always appreciate businesses that are kind and deliver on their values. A+ service

Not the best customer service. I get your understaffed but if you have to remake a sandwich you incorrectly made it’s so much easier to just do it then argue and make a very uncomfortable situation for both of us……

This is the best place in town to get a quick sandwich delivery. The vegetarian sub here is one that I have started making at home, because it is so delicious. I enjoy their home-made potato chips and the fact I can completely customize my order online. On a Friday afternoon my order got delivered to work within 30 minutes, and the driver apologized for being slow! It is now a staple restaurant for me now.
