Red Lobster

I have always enjoyed Red Lobster but had stopped going to the one on Independence Blvd. In Va. Beach. It seem like the flavor of the food was off. We were on vacation in Williamsburg and decided to give this one a try. The waiter was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu an pleasant. The food can out hot and very delicious. My husband managed restaurants for 27 years and when he gives you high praise then you are good. I recommend you give them a try you will not regret it.

Went in for a quick easy dinner. The staff is incredibly kind. We had Bianca who was the sweetest woman ever. There was a mixup with our food. She instantly addressed the issue. The manager Dale came over and fixed it. He was so great about everything. You can tell both of them truly cared that we left happy. Their customer service is perfect, they are welcoming and funny! They went above traditional service!

Hands down the best dining experience I've had in a long while. Went to this location on Friday and the service was fantastic and the food was on point. Kaitlynn was my waitress and she nailed it. She had a fantastic attitude and energy throughout, and a FANTASTIC smile that never wavered. Kaitlynn and the amazing food have me already planning a return trip soon.

So disappointed at my last visit here. The place was fairly empty at dinner time and now I know why. The hostess seemed spaced out. Took a while to be seated. The biscuits were not even made correctly. That is a signature item!!!! They baked a new batch and they were just as weird. Our dinner did not come out right either and they were out of many entrees. They said they had a new chef. He needs to be helped! Wait staff was nice though but I won't go back. Too many other places that need business! Sorry Red Lobster.

Excellent food and service! I ordered Rainbow Trout and my husband order the Flounder Stuffed with Lobster. Both dishes were delicious and filling. They are served with your choice of 2 sides. My baked potato which I asked for plain was moist and the trout was flaky and seasoned to perfection. David was our server. He was friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I had never had trout before so I was hesitant, but he was helpful and patient in answering my questions. I would recommend Red Lobster for their awesome seafood and wonderful service!
