This was my first time here, probably my last. Food was okay. Took a bit to be seated even though it was empty, which should’ve been a sign to go somewhere else. I got the Asiago chicken. The pasta made me a cautious eater to prevent grease from getting on my face. Chicken was dry and hard. Bathroom was not kept up. A lot of the employees share an aura of “I just work here”. In my opinion, food and dining was not worth the asking price.

We went for a late lunch on a Saturday, there were only 4 other tables seated in the resturant. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. The chicken was very overcooked and the waffles were soggy. The only redeeming factor was the pizza, which was good.

Good food and wait staff. I hate that they changed their menu and lost some good items but the food is good. The chicken and cheese panini was a little plain but the Parmesan chips are amazing! My wife loves their salads and their baked goods are very good as well!

I went on 6/12/2022 it was a Sunday it was five other friends of mine and myself, We stop in for breakfast at the end of our Girls Trips and I want everyone to know the service was GREAT thanks to #1 waiter name James we all want to say thanks for being so nice to us and getting all of our orders correct without writing them down Mr.James you have amazing skills. I came in with my family and I ordered the Chicken and Waffles (which is a fan favorite). My family and I waited for our food forever as we watched people who came after us get their food before us. Once the chicken and waffles came to the table the chicken was thinly sliced, burnt to a crisp, and inedible. When we brought it to the action of our server he just said that he was going to talk to them and brought out the check. The manager was no where to be found and this issue was not resolved. If I could give this Baker's Crust a zero star I would. It's very disappointing as I have been to other Baker's Crust and have recieved better customer service along with food.

Unfortunately the quality has dropped significantly, we are locals that use to come here on a regular for both lunch and breakfast. We of course understand the difficulties in the last couple of years and have continued to support. Today for lunch unfortunately was yet another disappointment, my sandwich was significantly sparse on its protein and they just dumped stale fries that must of been sitting for a while and my wife’s sandwich came out on the wrong bread as they neglected to advise they were out of?! One can only come so many times to give them a chance and I think we used up all ours.
