Food is always great! Been to a number of Chick-fik-A's out of the area. The restaurant's are always so clean. This Wilkes Barre one the lobby was a mess! I was truly shocked. The staff was very nice and the food was great, just the lobby was a real mess. I had to take my food out. I would not eat in that lobby.

Best fast-food. Amazing chicken sandwich. Priced like any other fast-food place despite having significantly better food. Wait can be on the longer side, seems like people they know can walk up and order after you yet somehow magically get their food before you despite having the same order as you(mostly everyone just gets a chicken sandwich and waffle fries). Despite that, still 5 stars. Better than any other fast-food place where you can be the only person inside and wait 10 minutes. Go some places and the staff will be having the time of their life chatting and laughing away instead of making your food. Here they actually seem to be doing their job.

They are great at thisChick-fil-A. I like my milkshakes with extra chocolate and the accommodate every time. They also make the best cookies. The restaurant is very clean. The atmosphere is very fun and carefree. Also the food comes out quick, hot and fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I came in here with a friend for the first time last week. Not just this particular location, but I had never been to any CFA at all. I loved the boneless chicken. The outer crust material was just so flavorful. Now I get the love of their fans.

Nice quick service and friendly staff. It's not a full store so the menu is limited but the food is always fresh and delicious. The lemonade is always my go too. Parking is also limited since it's on the square but most people don't have an issue with that due to a central location.
