Best pizza I've ever had in my life. I drive from Hazleton just for this place. Not only is the pizza incredible, but it's cheap too! The new renovations made Gerry's look awesome and more like a modern pizzeria with a great atmosphere. Not the typical "Italian" style pizza place. The drive through is a great touch too. Drive thru pizza?! Incredible. On top of all those things, the family and staff are incredibly and genuinely nice people. Can't tell you how many pizza places in the area are rude and have the "What do you want? Get in and get out" attitude despite you giving them business. Wish the place and the people there nothing but the best!
I'm so happy that not only did I find a local vegan pizza but an absolutely AMAZING vegan pizza!! Best thin crust around!! Even if you're not vegan and looking for a dairy-free pizza due to health reasons... This is your place! Great service... Friendly staff... Delicious pizza!!
WOW WOW WOW!! What a great spot. I’ll talk all the great first and then some of the negatives. Loved my pizza. It was cooked well done just how I like it. The pizza had amazing flavor; seriously great. No grease. You could tell everything was quality. It’s clearly a popular place. They have hundreds of pies ready to go and a big staff all working hard. The price for a large was ONLY $12. I’m blown away. You can’t find a pizza under $14-16 anywhere east of here that’s this good. What a great spot. Okay now, things I’m not crazy about. Minor nitpick first. It needed more crunch. I’ll ask for it well done well done next time. But, for real issues, the parking lot is tiny. Second, I had to call 20 times before it went through because their line is so busy. They need to ad a digital ordering service online. It would make their lives and customers lives so much easier. I traveled 30 minutes. I think it’s worth an hour. Awesome spot. Great job everyone!!!
AMAZING! Best pizza I've ever ever had! Made the 7 hr drive I'd had completely worth it ! Would drive 7 hrs more just to have thier pizza again! Renae is so nice and yes Renae u were correct, I am changed to Gerry pizza way , with sauce on top!

First, I noticed the ownership or their appointed representative on here tends to dismiss and not address any negative comments. Not sure how smart of a business strategy that is. Anyway, I ordered a regular, sweet sauce, black olive. I liked it, it was quite different than pizza Michigan. The sauce is quite sweet. Overpowered the black olives. Wait times a bit long. The prices are awesome. Way cheaper than the last dozen pizzas I had.
Gerry's is one of our favorite pizza places! That sweet sauce is what makes us drive a 1/2hr at least once a month to enjoy it. Plus the service is is always fast & friendly!

Gerry’s is one of my favorite pizza places and a staple of South Wilkes-Barre. It is one of the first places I bring friends who are visiting from out of town so that they can try the sweet sauce.

Wow, so happy with Gerry's! We ordered cheese pizza with the regular sauce, which was SO GOOD and surprisingly sweet even though it's not their "sweet sauce..." but honestly it was perfect so I wouldn't have wanted to try the sweet one. The crust was nice and thin with a bit of a char which we love. You certainly can't beat the price and a drive thru makes it even better... and the guy at the window was friendly, so absolutely no complaints here!
Gerry's has objectively perfected Sweet Sauce pizza. I doubt there is another restaurant in the country let alone PA that makes better sweet sauce. Everything is perfect - the chewy and flavorful thin crust, the balanced layer of sweet sauce to mozzarella cheese ratio, everything is amazing. I literally dream about this pizza. I can eat a whole plain pie by myself, just sweet sauce and cheese it's that good. I am a WB native but moved a few towns over a couple years ago - I can't find comparable pizza anywhere. Everything else is garbage compared to Gerry's. I will absolutely lose my mind the day they ever decide to expand and make another location because if they open one in Scranton I will single handedly fund the establishment. There is nothing better than Gerrys pizza, my absolute most favorite food on the planet
