I celebrated my anniversary here on Monday . We were the only ones who sat outside , which is like dining in a backyard which I found charming. Our waitress was very sweet , genuine and fit right in with the unpretentious atmosphere. The food was solid. Also I had special request and thought the server did a great execution . Overall, we had a wonderful time. Cheers.
We were so impressed by the friendly service and the amazing food. When they say dog friendly they mean it!! Everyone was so welcoming to your dog Hunker! We will definitely make this a regular visit every time we come to Wilkes-Barre!!
My friend booked an igloo for my sister's birthday, and it was beautiful. Our server was very nice and did whatever she could to make the service pleasant. The portions of food are massive yet worth the prices.
My only negative comment is that parking could be tough to find since the restaurant is located in a neighborhood.
Overall, it's all worth the trip for good food.
My boyfriend found this place on accident and it was such a happy accident! Last minute we were able to rent a dome and it was a wonderful experience. The dome was lit, decorated and heated. Our sever, Chloe, was very sweet and helpful. The drinks and food were amazing. We will definitely be returning!
Wow, couldn't ask for better service. Was in town for a concert. Had a reservation for 6:30, greeted right at the door and asked if we had reservation or not. After we were seated waiter came right over asked if we needed drinks. When the drinks came back, he asked if we were in town for the concert? We said yes, he gave some suggestions on what to stay away from ordering so we could make it on time to the show. Everything from the appetizers to the entrees was great, portions were big. Nice bar and good atmosphere.
Yes, it’s true! Best food, especially the appetizer, jumbo shrimp with that fantastic sauce. We had that for an appetizer to share. For an entree, I had a shrimp dish with lo mein noodles and lots of vegetables. It was so delicious! Hubby had chicken risotto. It was not bad, but my noodle dish was better. The jumbo shrimp appetizer was the best! The sauce was so delicious that we had to get some bread to dip in it. Keep the Chef! Highly recommended!
I took my daughter here for a late "daddy-daughter" Valentines date. we really loved the igloo experience. Chloe was our waitress and her personality was amazing. The food was great as well as the service. I recommend giving it a try.
I stopped here for dinner while away for work. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and sat at the bar. Caroline was my bartender and she was cool. I started with the espresso martini and it was strong and tasty. I then ordered their version on a lemon drop which was called the lavender lemon martini and I didn't like it so stuck with the espresso martini. For my meal I got the crab and shrimp bolognese and it was very good. It was seasoned great and very filling. The bill wasn't bad and I truly enjoyed my time.
I highly recommend dining here. The staff was delightful and the atmosphere is just as nice! You can dine indoors or on the back patio if you prefer. Cork has a fresh, unique menu with delicious offerings. Everything we ordered was amazing! I will absolutely be a return customer!
Cork was an amazing experience! Rented the igloo on a chilly night with the heaters it was great! The food was top notch! Highly recomend the lobster spinach atrichoke dip to die for! Had some mixed drinks with the wife along with the seafood ghnocci and seafood fra diavolo. A little spicy for my taste but its fra diavolo. The flavors were out of this world. We will deff be back again soon. If you are thinking about making reservations do it you will not be disappointed!!!!

Husband went for a special night out. This was our first time here. We made reservations 2 days prior for the dining table only. When we got there, they tried sitting us at the bar or said we could wait for a high top table in the bar. We made reservations strictly, saying we didn't want those options for seating. Luckily, another couple didn't want to sit upstairs, so we got their table. They had our name on reservations, but I think they may have overbooked. I don't know, but it's not a good start. We waited for a bit before someone came to assist at our table. The whole experience dining there with our server seemed quite rushed. We had to ask for water, we had to ask for drinks ...wine, mixed drinks. Never a follow-up if we wanted additional beverages. Our server did not recommend anything we had to ask for appetizers. Again, it seemed our server was rushing us and either had somewhere else to be or was looking to seat someone else. We were not even finished and were trying to take our items away. We wanted to continue ordering dessert, maybe coffee or another bottle of wine, but just kept rushing us and tried handing us a check. I am very disappointed in our service. I do have to say the food was incredible, so the chef does deserve to be recognized for the delicious food. We visited a lot of the Friedman restaurants and never was treated like that. We traveled a 1/2 hour away from Wyoming County to eat here. Even though the food was incredible, since we had such bad service, we will not be back to Cork ever again because of her.
