It was completely closed and no employees around at 830pm on monday....its inside a rest area. The KFC was closed also. If you are looking for food here at night, the only options were dunkin or a convenient store.
If I could have given negative stars, I would have.

Says they're open until 1am and they were completely closed at 7:30pm on a Tuesday? If there aren't enough workers the business should at least update their hours rather than being randomly closed

The staff was rude I had to keep repeating myself and it took forever to get my order. They did not have kid's meals which being in a service plaza I feel that they should have meal's for all ages.

The ppl here are so slow they are literally working slow af especially the black girl with the smart watch waited 40 mins for just burger and fries

They were very slow. No personality for all the employees. From the time I placed my order until I got my order took about a half an hour. Ridiculous.

Ordered from the kiosk. I ordered a sweet tea and I got unsweetened because they didn't have sugar!! They had no sweetener either and looked shocked when I asked for it. They told me I could get sweetener at Dunkin!! Wish I had bought my entire meal there. They could care less.

Prices are not too bad here. I ordered the baconator sandwich. Food was hot and fresh. The bacon was a little burnt but I do like it that way, so I had no problem with it.
