Napolinos

I went for first time with my husband. I heard good things about the place. My husband's fish dinner was fine. My salad with chicken wasn't that great. Dry chicken. Waitress was okay at first , but then she disappeared. We had to ask another waitress too check us out, after waiting about 20 min. She put down our bill on table. I barely ate the salad , so I figured I'd bring it home and fix it up. But unbeknownst to us, she took the salad and threw it away when she dropped check off. We realized she removed it from the table and my husband told her we wanted to take it home. She never asked if we wanted it boxed. She just took a full salad away. Then she said she was sorry and would make another one. We had no time for waiting for another one after waiting as long as we did. Very poor service 🙁

Ok, our server was nice and the wine was good but… that was absolutely the worst chicken Alfredo I’ve ever had. The chicken was pink and it seemed like it had been boiled? No seasoning or anything. I added salt and pepper which helped… I ate two bites and couldn’t do it anymore. Also, their house dressing has an overwhelming amount of garlic. Only thing worth eating was the bread. It was really disappointing. One positive thing I can add- my friend liked his spaghetti and meatballs

I arrived at 6:15 for my 6:30 reservation. Waited for settings, water for a half hour. Order was taken at 7 pm. It is now 7:50 and still waiting. 2 tables sat after us - different server- already on to their last course and check. This was my second time and I am sorry to say “never again”. Mark the entertainer was great. They are not short staffed according to our observation.

Take out- The ravioli was very good, as well as the sauce it was in. The meatballs were ok. The lemon cake was likely sitting out for days. It was stale and hard. I was very bummed about that. Online prices didn't line up with what I was charged. It was $30 for ravioli with meatballs and a slice of cake, serving 1. Take out employee was on his phone and didn't look up to help me for quite a while. The inside looked very nice.
