Taco Bell

The past few months their service has gone down tremendously! The last couple visit I did not get what I ordered. The first time I was shorted my drink and didn't realize until I got home. Time after that I was shorted the cinnamon twist, and the last two visits including today I ordered a burrito with no nacho cheese sauce and it was there. I called to complain and didn't get an answer. I usually go there for lunch which isn't long but I'm going to find another one if they can't get it together smh

I stopped by after I got off of work at 1125 pm today April 5th 2022. I asked multiple times and nobody took my order. I drive up to the window and I can see employees inside cleaning up. They’re not supposed to close until 12am. An older Hispanic female who looked like a manager by the color of her shirt and a young tall Hispanic male inside who was wearing a regular crew member shirt. These employees need to be held accountable. It’s not right to close before the posted hours. How is she a manager?! Unacceptable!

The worst taco bell ive ever been to. Every time I use the drive through they either get the order wrong or I have missing food. The food is usually sloppy and thrown together poorly. If they were not the only TB in the area they would lose their business. I recommend you hit up Del Taco on clinton Keith......way better service and quality.

Placed an order through my phone on a Wednesday morning. Once i came in i was given my order pretty quickly as it was not busy. the two items were incorrect so we went back to swap it out. The guy at the counter takes the order and says he’ll make it again. When i get back to my car there’s only one item instead of two and it’s once again incorrect.
