Was at the Wichita airport Dunkin’ Donuts on 6/5/21 at 4pm and the lady that was working that shift was terrible. Wanted decaf coffee and she said it wasn’t available that only had original. Asked how long it would take and she said 5 minutes..but didn’t offer to make it. Also ordered a strawberry/lemonade refresher. My daughter said it tasted like tea was in it - took it back and asked her if it had tea and she said yes..asked her why we didn’t get strawberry/lemonade as requested and she said she was out and that used green tea. Told her I wanted my money back and she called the manager all the while complaining and muttering under her breath. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WORKER!!

This location doesn't accept gift cards for payment or the app. Might as well not call it a dunkin since they don't accept their own gift cards. 🤷

Was in there again today the lady helped the guy in front of me then disappeared. I waited over 5 minutes at the counter before anyone came back. If we were not in a hurry i would have left. Then tjey made my sandwich and it was cold and stale

Dunkin' Donuts has the best coffee, chia latte of all. The donuts are fantastic as well. I stop at one whenever I see one. Fast service, and the food is great.
