Subway - Wichita - Photo album

The guy helping us today was seriously confused and slow took half an hour to make 1 6 inch sub 1 foot long and a wrap. He had to ask 3 or 4 times what the toppings were after we told him. Then my sister's wrap looked like a chipotle burrito. Just no.

Omg. Darick (I think thats his name), is fantastic. Absolute legend. Out there giving his all at a mediocre job providing the people of wichita with mediocre sandwiches with a side of the most dry humour in town.

Food is what you'd expect. I had a very negative customer service experience here. I was able to contact corporate and the issue was resolved, but it still stings.

This is the last time I order from the Subway app I came at the time my order was supposed to be ready and the sandwich was cold. Perfect customer service. It's always fast, and friendly service. It's also clean, and I get all the veggies when I go. Everytime they have good quality ingredients for my sandwiches.
