The guy helping us today was seriously confused and slow took half an hour to make 1 6 inch sub 1 foot long and a wrap. He had to ask 3 or 4 times what the toppings were after we told him. Then my sister's wrap looked like a chipotle burrito.

Omg. Darick (I think thats his name), is fantastic. Absolute legend. Out there giving his all at a mediocre job providing the people of wichita with mediocre sandwiches with a side of the most dry humour in town.

Food is what you'd expect. I had a very negative customer service experience here. I was able to contact corporate and the issue was resolved, but it still stings.

This is the last time I order from the Subway app I came at the time my order was supposed to be ready and the sandwich was cold. I asked the lady if she could reheat it a little bit and she just threw it in the microwave for a long time while helping someone else if I wanted to microwave it I would’ve done it myself. The sandwich did not taste fresh it tasted disgusting. Is it just tasted like leftover sandwiches that you reheat honestly I’m debating if I’m ever going to buy subway it’s not worth it

I never leave reviews but I am fed up. This location is by far one of the worsts. Every time I order from the subway on 21st and Woodlawn it has been messed up. ESPECIALLY if you put an order in online for door dash or pickup.
They gave me the wrong type of cheese, it wasn’t toasted, I asked for light sauce and they drowned it, and they added an extra sauce I did even ask for that made it sweet and completely ruined the sandwich for me.
If you ever decide to go to this one go in person maybe, but I’ll never go to this one again.

Subway is always good only complaint is there portions of the considered better sandwiches it’s small boats of protein on a 12 inch bread for like 9 bucks #wherestheprotine🤔

Perfect customer service. It's always fast, and friendly service. It's also clean, and I get all the veggies when I go. Everytime they have good quality ingredients for my sandwiches.
