This Arby's was a very delightful experience! Even going through the drive thru. We were waiting to give our order behind another vehicle and as I was thinking about what I was going to have. I heard the employee ask the person ahead of us if they wanted a cherry croissant. Well that made me want one! lol! So as it was our time to order. The employee asked if we wanted a cherry croissant after taking our orders. I told yes because I had heard her offer the person in front of us the offer. She giggle about it. She was very friendly and courteous!! Made our drive thru experience fun!! Oh my cherry croissant was delish!! As was my jalapeño bacon wrap! Thank you Arby's!!

I’m giving this Arbys 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. I’ve lived in this area for almost three years now, and every time I’ve gone to this location, the employees are so polite and welcoming. Whoever the manager is that runs this location deserves a raise for training awesome employees! And the employees deserve one as well! By far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a fast food joint.
