I had an issue with the quality of pizza, and within a day I received a call from the manager to apologize and find out exactly what the problem was so that he could make sure that his new staff had an opportunity to correct it in the future. No other pizza hut has ever cared about an issue enough to actually reach out. Will absolutely be returning to this Pizza Hut, especially since this was the only time it hadn't been perfect.

I only have one suggestion for you - my thin and crispy crust was a little overcooked and very "crispy" it would have tasted better and would have been easier to bite and chew if not quite so overdone! I am totally pleased with the speed in which the pizza was delivered!
