This entire store needs to be retrained or shutdown. Honestly this place if fairly low quality and has staffing that doesn't necessarily care about customers or the store. Quality dipped even further after about 1 month ago and i stopped seeing the 1 or 2 employees who seemed to not do the minimum work. The owners seem to not care even more due to the amount of mold growing in the store and the lack of consistent pricing of their "specials." Stay far away from this place if you would rather not get food poisoning from bland tasting food. McDonalds is higher quality and they charge a fraction of the price with decent service.

Mold is growing in the store, the manager has been stealing money from customers lying about the price of their food and pocketing the profit, nothing is fresh and the food will get you sick. This is my first review without just leaving a star and it feels absolutely necessary to warn anyone who is thinking about trying this place. Those who like it have either grown up eating here and like it nastalgically or just don’t know any better. Please take care of yourself and avoid NuWay Sandwhich shops.

My family and I have been eating at NuWay for over 2 decades and I rarely have an issue. This evening about 8:45, I pulled up to the Drive thru at this NuWay and ordered a Large NuWay with cheese and a bowl of Chili. What I received was subpar and just plain nasty. The sandwich was dry, smashed and the meat was crunchy, even, and I did not get cheese on it as requested. My smallest gripe being that they didn't even bother to cut my sandwich in half. My chili was at least 30-40 percent grease and just gross. All I could taste was grease even after I poured a bunch of it out. This meal was simply not edible. A total waste of time and and the 8 bucks or so that I spent. Completely unacceptable. I don't think my family and I will be coming back, at least not to this location.
