The guys name was “Near” on his tag. He was amazing! Kept on laughing while ordering and it followed on to the next customers as well. Never had anyone talk to us while ordering and have us laughing.

ETA: upping to five stars as they have put the pickup shelf to use and have been making sandwiches that look like the menu, with lots of veggies. Thanks!
Bread and sandwich toppings are always fresh (5 stars) but they are very stingy with the veggies on the sandwiches (2 stars). Ask for extra to get even close to what is expected, advertised, and offered at other Subways. Service is pretty good (4 stars). Order ahead is convenient, even if picking up can be awkward because they don’t use the pickup shelf (4 stars).

We lived in riverside, so we went to this subway often, they rarely ever had the menu items we wanted. Steak after 7, good luck, herb n cheese bread, sometimes they had it. So we stopped going to this Subway. Today I ordered door dash and they used this subway, our order was AWFUL! I wish I could upload pics! My daughter's meatballs were in the bag not on the sandwich at all, there were smear marks down the bag where her burnt bread was slid into the bag, it was grilled instead of toasted (I think) it had grill marks on it. My tuna was so salty it was uneadable! Super bummer!

So we went to this location for the first time. My husband went through the drive through. Apparently unless you watch them make it they dont care. I ordered a sandwich with lettuce and pickle. Pretty easy right? No. He brings me home a sandwich with pickles. He offered to give me his lettuce. He opens his and gives me the pinch of lettuce he had on his. We will never visit this location again!

I went through the drive through. Only 1 car was in the parking lot so I figured it would be quick. After placing my order I sat at the window for 25 minutes waiting. 2 sandwiches and a salad shouldn't take 25 min. The sandwiches were ordered toasted and weren't and I paid $9.50 for a salad with double meat and it had 6 chunks of chicken on it. There was no apology for the wait or a thank you for the business. I probably won't go to this location again.

Most pathetic attempt at making a sub acted like we was bothering them by sowing up. Food was wrong and gross. The guy there acted like he was scarred to hand me the bag bread was soggy veggies were wilted just plain discussing
