We eat at Logan's West about once a month. We have never had inadequate or bad service. The wait staff have always been attentive without being overbearing, our food has always been presented and cooked to our satisfaction, and the environment has not been too loud. We love this place and believe the manager, Molly does a superb job at her hiring practices with great young adults. She's cordial and is visible on the floor and goes to each table making sure the patrons are satisfied. A five star place for us! Thank you Logan's!
Excellent food from the meatloaf right down to the salad croutons! The service was super, too! A great place to have a relaxing lunch.
Over all excellent service and food. Potatoes skins were crisp and tasty! The rubeye was perfectly cooked and the bourbon butter on it was amazing! We also had Chicken tenders and my wife loved the baked sweet potatoe!
While in Wichita for a business trip, we decided to try out this establishment and were very pleased with our choice! The service was friendly and fast and the food was hot and tasty! If you've read any of my restaurant reviews before, you know my husband tries chicken fried steaks where ever they are available and rates them...he considers the coating vs meat ratio and how well the breading adheres to the meat, the tenderness of the meat, the seasoning, and the gravy. He rates theirs a 8 out of 10...which is a high rating from him!
The server we had was very attentive and sweet. The serving sizes of food were decent and everything was hot and delicious. I would say the only con would be the cleanliness of the table. I am not sure what they clean with, but the table had a sticky film all across it. It seems to be that way with their other tables too.
My husband and I have came here twice now. And just wow!! The service is just tip top! Gabe and Carisa are top notch servers and we couldn't be more pleased! They deserve extra kudos for sure!! Oh and the food is pretty great as well! 😊
