The owner and employees at Pita Pit never fail to go above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing! They are so inviting and friendly. We always leave wanting to go back. The food is just as tasty! Favorite place in Derby to dine quickly.
Love having a healthy and tasty fast food option. I also appreciate the manager's friendly greeting every time we walk in. He even remembers our usual orders. Great restaurant and management!
I ordered my lunch online so all I needed to do is go in and pick it up. I got there about 15 minutes before my lunch was supposed to be ready. However they had just started it so I didn't have to wait long. However when I first stepped up to the counter it took awhile before anybody noticed me they were all working hard and then a gentleman that I'm guessing was either the manager or the owner helped me. It was during the lunch hour so they were rush which is understandable. Otherwise the food was wonderful. I got a delicious wrap, brought it home to eat and it was still warm. I do enjoy eating at this place. I like their food.
Delicious good. Got my order wrong but nothing I couldn't pick out of the pita. Went thru the drive thru which I normally don't do, and the guy was a bit short, really didn't want me to modify my pita but it was still good. Didn't ask white or wheat and I usually get wheat... And he gave white. 🤷 Definitely not my best visit but not the worst either

What can I say about this place? Every time I go in, the staff is really friendly, the manager remembers me very well aswell as her newer girl she was working with. They are always more than willing to go out of their way to help me out with my choices! Even though the rewards program was down, I fully understand that every place has their tech difficulties lol. Thankyou so much guys, for a great experience every time I go in! It is quite a drive for me to get there, but I often take the 15 minute drive just to eat here. Will most definitely be a continuing regular for this location. ^_^
Spacious and clean, this place also offers a drive through. The two ladies working were very plesant and had our food made quickly and just how we wanted it. This was a real treat as well since the obly other location I've found is in Canada. I wish this franchise had more locations! Great varoety of options for meat lovers or vegetarians alike!
Awesome! First time to this location second time to a Pita Pit ever. Staff and Management were all very friendly, said hi and bye. The food was all good and the whole place was really clean. I know it's a chain and it's kind of fast food but it's a nice alternative to what you normally get.
It's like Subway without all the bread and you can literally put as much as you want into the pitas without ingredients falling out. It's well worth the price (about $5-6 for a pita). They have vegetarian and vegan options as well!
Friendly management and employees. Delicious food. The owner even cameout and talked to is about the business and how he got the franchise, after we finished. We talked maybe 10 minutes, but we could have enjoyed talking to this friendly and passionate man for much longer
I have always enjoyed pita pit. Staff is typically really cool/friendly. Food is good. They are never out of what I want. It is rarely busy when I go so I always get very fast service. Portions are large. <3
